What's for dinner?

For us I found white asparagus in Tesco so we are having white asparagus, nice ham, boiled eggs, hollandaise. DCs are also having chicken drumsticks and veg sticks.

Nando’s yummm it will be arriving shortly.

Baked potato with sugar free baked beans, a very nice cheese I got from the deli and a big watercress salad.

Minted lamb koftas, roasted Mediterranean veg and coconut rice.

Yum this sounds amazing! I’m stealing this for tomorrow night.

I didn't end up eating these at all. I had a veggie stir fry with oyster sauce which was delicious. I'll have another stir fry tonight but with different veggies

and chicken

I had my main meal at lunch time today, veggie cheeseburger with salad on a toasted bun and some crisps, yum. So "dinner" has been yoghurt with banana and chocolate granola, and now hummus and veg sticks.

Jacket potato with beans cheese and tuna with salad and chips on the side. It was amazing, loved it. My 5 year old had chicken popped into the fryer with her chips instead though.

Wraps with a bit of salad, red pepper strips, meat balls and grilled halloumi. Home made coleslaw on the side.

I had chicken wings with sweet potato fries and coleslaw at lunchtime

This evening hummus with celery, cucumber and a couple of crackers.

We decided to have a treat for my daughter as she's doing her GCSEs 😁

Whole breast chicken kievs, new potatoes, peas, roasted cherry tomatoes. I am starving and just waiting for the potatoes to finish cooking ...
