Have you been to a place no one else has been to?

I'll start. The idea is you name the place and a fellow MNer has to say if they've been there. However, you don't have to wait until you've been somewhere to post. Post your places and you'll meet the MNers who've been there. You can post 1-3 places (random numbers).

@kissthegirlshesnotbehindthedoor I know where you work(ed) (assuming its the UK version) so know people who've been to those places. I've also been on their boats but only in dock in the UK.

Yes to Fray Bentos pies being named after the place, where there was a factory. It wasn't that memorable a town otherwise alas.
I've been to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) mentioned above.

I’ve been to Libya (though so have a few on this thread) and Syria, both before the Arab Spring. I went to Palmyra in Syria which was spectacular and now sadly no one will be able to visit again.

And, drumroll please, Teriksroysa, which is the spot where Finland, Norway and Sweden join together. For some inexplicable reason it is marked with a gigantic yellow concrete bollard.

There are some amazing places mentioned on this thread. I thought I was well travelled but so many places still to see.

Not been to the Whitsundays 😢. Have been to Cairns, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation in Queensland, but have failed as a Mumsnetter.
