Have you been to a place no one else has been to?

I'll start. The idea is you name the place and a fellow MNer has to say if they've been there. However, you don't have to wait until you've been somewhere to post. Post your places and you'll meet the MNers who've been there. You can post 1-3 places (random numbers).

@HerRoyalStressHead - I make a trip to Saltcoats every Christmas, to go to Bicket’s butchers and visit my oldest friend who lives in Ardeer to get a leg of green Ayrshire bacon, with which I make my Christmas ham.

Yes, my error SUN Peaks not Snow Peaks, doh! We used to go with other families and we found Sun Peaks was much less busy than Whistler, not just the slopes but the restaurants etc too, so we tended to stick with what worked. We rarely queued for the lifts and had special 'ski chocolate' for the kids while we rode the lifts back up the mountain(s), fun times #keepemskiing. We tried Grouse Mountain too once.

Hawaii - we went to Waikiki Beach, Oahu (Diamond Head/Pearl Harbor) and then flew to Big Island and stayed in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. As DC were small we majored on plate tectonics rather than romance and beaches. Hawaii was so much more than just tropical beaches, loved it!

@MrsHamlet Thank you for the tips! I def want to go to Hawaii again. It's a very easy trip from here. I'd heard that about mailing a coconut, too! Hilarious! I'll like take Havoc to Disney but not yet. Is too young to remember any of it. I'm thinking more around age 6 for first time (I've only been once and as an adult. Loved it).

I sent one back to the UK. Apparently the postman commented on it being a first!! It's a much treasured possession of the kids I sent it to.
Jealous that it's an easy trip. It was my 40th present to myself and I thought the jet lag would never end

Easy trip but pricey. Actually, have spent a lot of time in Las Vegas as much cheaper and I love driving around the desert.
