What houses are available locally for £1.5m

Inspired by another thread where the MNer was struggling to get a house for £1.5 m I was wondering what's available near to you with that price tag.

There's a cliff top house overlooking the sea , 4 bed 3 bath double garage and 1/3 acre sloping gardens to beach for £1.6 m here
