What houses are available locally for £1.5m

Inspired by another thread where the MNer was struggling to get a house for £1.5 m I was wondering what's available near to you with that price tag.

Realistically in Edinburgh you're looking at offers over £1.2 - £1.3m for an up-to £1.5m spend. The properties at around £1.25m are perfectly lovely but not what I'd spend my cash on.
