What houses are available locally for £1.5m

Inspired by another thread where the MNer was struggling to get a house for £1.5 m I was wondering what's available near to you with that price tag.

Here's one local to us.

I must be close to @Scottishdreams1991 because that’s the best I can find too! Although it was Offers over £1.5m so on the Scottish system of bids we probably can’t afford it :(

Ha yes, very pink! People love a bit of grey round here. It's a lovely road and where I'd live if I had that budget.

Handy for both Unis and the Hospital. I've noticed a few of these portfolios being sold recently around there. Somebody must be finding it profitable.

You could buy both of these and depending on how high over it goes on offers over you'd probably be able to afford a nice third house. I used to walk past the first one on my way to school and I loved it even back then.
