What houses are available locally for £1.5m

Inspired by another thread where the MNer was struggling to get a house for £1.5 m I was wondering what's available near to you with that price tag.

Here's one local to us.

@Tarkan - I really love that first house - in Arbroath. Also the Edinburgh house that @Scottishdreams1991 posted. @Ineedwinenow I grew up near Quarndon - can't believe the prices there now!!!

You should take a trip back to Quarndon and meet the people, they are as inflated as the house prices 😆

The most expensive property within 3 miles of me is only (!) £1.25million. Looks lovely though.

If I'm being picky (and I'm not in the market to buy a 1.5m house) the kitchen here looks smaller than I would expect for a 6 bed fairly big house

In my immediate viscinity there are no houses over £1.4m but you can buy some land with planning permission for 9 houses.

You could buy both of these and depending on how high over it goes on offers over you'd probably be able to afford a nice third house. I used to walk past the first one on my way to school and I loved it even back then.
