Just fuck off Suella.

Did you watch The Last Leg on Friday? Bloke on there said Stop The Boats isn't a policy it's a 3 word election campaign and that Starmer needs to do the same. Stand behind a podium with JUST FUCK OFF on it.

Yes, Dunt's been amazing and pretty much live tweeting it all day.

Can anyone join these threads btw? I realise it's a continuation of other threads and you all know each other, so I don't wan't to just barge in, like Mr Blobby on that This Morning vid!

You’re very welcome @AnElegantChaos.

I think Just Fuck Off would strike a chord. I'd wear that badge.

Welcome Chaos Grin

L1ttledrummergirl · 13/03/2023 19:48

We were all strangers once. People dip in and out all the time. Welcome.

AnElegantChaos · 13/03/2023 19:48

Thank you! 🙂

"Theresa May: "Anybody who thinks that this bill deal with the issue of illegal migration once and for all is wrong."

May is hammering the bill.

Exacting some revenge, perchance?

That was Chris McCausland.

DuncinToffee · 13/03/2023 19:58

I have been following Ian Dunt's thread as well, got a bit confused who he was referring to with Thanos. Bit disappointing it was his dog Grin

Just jump in Chaos, these threads can move very fast.

Fladdermus · 13/03/2023 19:59

Theresa May is a funny one. I seen her before arguing against legislation, saying all the right words, but then when time comes to vote she does what she's told. Party first! Be interesting to see if this is more of the same.

pointythings · 13/03/2023 20:00

Welcome, @AnElegantChaos ! We were all newbies here once. You'll fit right in.

Notonthestairs · 13/03/2023 20:01

Apparently May has written a non fiction book called something like The Abuse of Power.
This citizen of nowhere might read it.

AdamRyan · 13/03/2023 20:40

Theresa May was home secretary for 6 years and championed modern slavery laws. She knows her onions.
Sunak has basically screwed the modern slavery law up. By definition most modern slaves aren't here legally, they've been trafficked. And he is now saying they won't be protected. So what is the point of that law now?

I liked TM, i listened to all the PM leader pitches post brexit and she was the only one who seemed a) credible and b) approaching a decent human. I'm glad she's putting the party under pressure.

Welcome.

I personally find these threads very illuminating and educating.
With some great humour thrown in!

I hope you find the same .

L1ttledrummergirl · 13/03/2023 21:17

Has James Daly even read the fucking bill? How did someone who appears so stupid ever get elected?

AnElegantChaos · 13/03/2023 21:22

@itsgettingweird I'm sure I will too! I recognise some posters from other threads (some of which have been quite fraught but this space looks a bit calmer)!

Re Theresa "Hostile Environment" May, I'm no fan but she's really stood up to her Party's excesses the last few years and was a bit of a lone Tory voice from the benches willing to call out Boris' behaviour, long before the rest of the scrotes did anyway

TL;DR I'm (just about) willing to listen to her

DuncinToffee · 13/03/2023 21:24

I didn't realise that Sunak is actually in San Diego, USA to launch AUKUS - the US UK and AUS military alliance.

I barge in and out all the time 😬

L1ttledrummergirl · 13/03/2023 21:58

Fucking hell, how can Jenrick get away with that bollocks he's spouting. Another liar in the house of commons. It's disgraceful. How fucking dare he.

pointythings · 13/03/2023 22:02

@L1ttledrummergirl let's face it, Jenrick isn't exactly known for his integrity, is he? We shouldn't be surprised at anything he says.

Blossomtoes · 13/03/2023 22:08

Jenrick described by Ian Dunt Just a really grubby and despicable little man. You always get the dreggy ends at this point of a government but by Christ he's an extreme example. I love Dunt.

L1ttledrummergirl · 13/03/2023 22:09

True, but now they are in the commons, lying with impunity. They are showing contempt for the process as well as the British people and for now facing no repercussions for their words and actions.
I don't like having the piss taken out of me, but they are doing it seemingly on a daily basis.
I think I sense yet another letter to my MP coming for her to ignore.Confused
