I really love it however :)

It's amazing, but I'd need a pool and health suite too so there would need to be room somewhere for these 🤪

MrsJackGrealish · 02/03/2023 13:05

Me and DD would get eaten alive every summer because of the inevitable mosquitos.

It also looks like it could be haunted, and I'd rather not have my sleep disturbed.

MissingMoominMamma · 02/03/2023 13:08

I’m usually a fan of quirky, but I think that’s hideous!

mrsbyers · 02/03/2023 13:35

dreadful interior

Lizabethlion · 02/03/2023 13:56

It’s stunning, a real piece of art. I wouldn’t like to live in it however, the walls/ceilings would give me a headache.

NashvilleQueen · 02/03/2023 14:14

For the garden and the glass I love it.

Yirk · 02/03/2023 14:18

Not my taste... lots of bricks !!

greekyoggy · 02/03/2023 14:19

Ugly

I bet it floods

Sprig1 · 02/03/2023 14:29

Hideous, it would be like living in an underground car park. Nice gardens though.

NeedWineNow · 02/03/2023 14:32

OMG, it looks like something you'd see in The White Lotus - you can see it in the Mediterranean and a ghastly family with dysfunctional kids would be staying there. We'd all be over on the Telly Addicts thread saying how awful they were.

FirstnameSuesecondnamePerb · 02/03/2023 14:34

Had a bizarre flashback to the Golden Egg, Luton Arndale in the 70s.

Pemba · 02/03/2023 14:47

It certainly is different, I'd love to have a week's air b&b stay there, but I wouldn't buy it (assuming I win the lottery of course!).

A lot of the decor is questionable, but could obviously be altered. However the main reason would be the risk of flooding.

OhNoNotThatAgain · 02/03/2023 14:48

Slightly too near the end of Heathrow Airport runway for my liking.

But still - crikey! Some of it I love, other bits not so much.

Throwncrumbs · 02/03/2023 14:55

Is that Paul magician man’s house? Debbie trying to sell it before it becomes flooded again if so!

Throwncrumbs · 02/03/2023 14:58

Mangomingo · 02/03/2023 10:17

Isn’t that Paul Daniels/Debbie McGee’s house?

That’s his name, couldn’t for the life of me remember it!

PretzelBite · 02/03/2023 15:05

I love it! Would live there in a heartbeat.

Nagado · 02/03/2023 15:09

I really like some of the outside areas. It would be nice to sit next to the water with a book for a couple of hours. And I quite like the green spiral staircase. I don’t think I could live with the rest of it though. And it has a few too many zeros in the price to be that close to your neighbours if you aren’t living in a city.

WilsonMilson · 02/03/2023 15:20

The room with the two ‘thrones’ facing each other, wtf is that about? I mostly hate it, there are a couple of redeeming features, but on the whole, sheesh no.

LadyEloise1 · 02/03/2023 15:34

ZeroFuchsGiven · 02/03/2023 10:27

Was picture 27 taken by a ghost?

😂

Itsonlyagame · 02/03/2023 15:35

The outside is beautiful but hate the interior. So fussy, imagine trying to clean it!

AlecTrevelyan006 · 02/03/2023 15:53

If it was an Air B&B it would be cool to stay in for a few days. Couldn’t live in it though.

ChesterDraws4Sale · 02/03/2023 15:54

I wonder what use they have for the throne room, with two ornate thrones facing each other. Really weird place.

CiaoBellisima · 02/03/2023 15:55

HotDogJumpingFrogAlbuquerque · 02/03/2023 12:45

Wasn’t that on Hugh Dennis Huge Homes which was on all4??
if I remember the owner was in his 80s and quite eccentric

Yes, thank you. That was the one.

Goodread1 · 02/03/2023 16:13

Oh wow its something else,
I haven't seen anything like that before,

Reminds me of Portmerian nearby Snowdonia backdrop

The courtyards

I like the imitation mock Romaneque /Grecian feel Decor Op@lucysnowe2
