The flowering cherry tree I planted 2 years ago in the front garden. Prunus autumnalis...its been flowering since November.

Down the side of my house gives a lovely view to the hills in the distance. On sunny nights takes my breath away.

CoorieInByTheFire · 25/02/2023 10:41

A seal.

MeMyCatsAndMyBooks · 25/02/2023 10:42

Around 20-30 Fields, I live in the sticks but it's very peaceful! Grin

ProfYaffle · 25/02/2023 10:44

An old windmill (no sails)

A few days ago it was the lady riding a cob pony along the foot path. (it's a normal road with houses, not a country lane)

TheChosenTwo · 25/02/2023 10:44

Right now, my garden. We swept and jet washed the patio and paths last week as it was disgusting from all the shit that blows over from the neighbours dying trees and it was really pissing me off. Looks so lovely now and I can just zip out and quickly sweep up any debris and it looks lovely again.

Climbles · 25/02/2023 10:45

The neighbour has a huge Acer. I often think how different the view from my house would be if they ever had to get rid of it. The colours are lovely.

CallMeVal · 25/02/2023 10:47

Trees. Live in London, but lucky to be on a tree lined road. Love the view.

TheTurn0fTheScrew · 25/02/2023 10:50

very urban here, so no bucolic hills, but in my yard I can see my spring bulbs starting to come through, buds on the acers and fresh shoots on the honeysuckle and clematis. Plus if I crane my neck I can see the best Indian takeaway in town - maybe not pretty, but very definitely a Nice Thing!

FurtivePedestrians · 25/02/2023 10:51

A sign in English, French and German

TellSomeoneElse · 25/02/2023 10:51

Oh all of it. The sea, the fields, the stone barns, my Huntaways sunbathing in the yard, my horses and my DCs pony out the back, the sheep..

Not all of it, I stand corrected. I can see a sheep on its back. I bloody hate sheep, awkward little fuckers 😂 <grumbles as I pull on my boots to go and tip it upright again>

Giggorata · 25/02/2023 10:51

I live in the middle of a village, so I haven't got any views particularly, but as I am on a corner, I can see right down the street.
As I have windows on both sides, I can track the path of the Moon, if it rises in the right place. Sometimes I can also see the whole arc of a rainbow, across two windows.
I used to enjoy the sight of my little garden, but it is now a builder's yard… hopefully temporarily.

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 25/02/2023 10:53

the sea

Woodendonkey · 25/02/2023 10:54

I have a beautiful view out of my loft bedroom across the roofs of London for miles. I love it.

Beautifulcoconuts · 25/02/2023 10:54

Palm trees and a bright blue sky!

Matildatoldsuchdreadfullies · 25/02/2023 10:55

Another one with sea views.

Sounds like the view from the attic in the Paddington films 😍 I'm envious x

My daughter 🥰

The South Downs ☀️🌳

Whateverhappenedtoslik · 25/02/2023 10:57

We are spoilt.

We can see Addington Palace from our bedroom window.
It is a stunning 18th century building, the Archbishop of Canterbury's summer residence through the 19th century.
It sits in Henry VIII's hunting grounds.

It now hosts weddings through from late spring to early autumn and we get to watch some spectacular firework displays.

Onehappymam · 25/02/2023 10:58

The beach.

VitaminX · 25/02/2023 10:59

A big tree? I can't see anything that nice. If I walk down the road for 1 minute I can see the sea and mountains, but not without leaving the house sadly 😆

bert3400 · 25/02/2023 11:00

A beautiful mountain that dominates the town I live in ( not UK) . When the sun rises/sets it changes the colour of the mountain. It's incredible

DESGUSTING · 25/02/2023 11:01
