Yes, I probably would as I’d feel extremely torn and would want the support from DH while I worked through my feelings about her/the affair.

I didn't tell DH when I found out one of his family members has HIV (everyone knows now). I'd known for 5 years before it became common knowledge, as I'd worked with people who were HIV in the past, and the person felt they could chat with me.

Yep, I tell my oh everything, I couldn't keep a secret to save my life.
My oh would keep quiet because if it's nonsense / something that doesn't affect him he'll promptly forget what I've told him unless I remind him.
So I get to unburden myself without worrying that it'll get out
