Yes I would, I tell my DH everything and he does the same and I know that info wouldn't leave any of us. I actually think a lot of couples do this.

If asked not to I wouldn't no. Though I misread this as telling the friend's DH. This is the position I'm in currently.

Probably not, if a friend had told me in confidence, and it's not really his business. It would depend on how well he knew the friend. It might be something that I would mention to him eventually but I certainly wouldn't go running to him like "oh my god guess what!"

If someone tells you something in confidence then you should keep it to yourself and not blab to anyone, including your husband.

Definitely not. My friends trust me with confidential information and my discretion. Would hate for anyone to think I was gossiping about their private lives, whatever the situation. Surely part of being a decent friend?!

I don't think my husband would give a fig about one of my mates marital issues. So probably not.

Not a close friend. I like a bit of pillow talk but that's a bit more than work gossip...

I wouldn't want to know in the first place so wouldn't put that on my DP either.

Yes, I would. I value his opinion and support and I wouldn’t keep anything from him. However, that’s because I also trust him not to tell anyone else.

I would definitely stop telling you stuff if I knew you couldn’t wait to gossip about it to your DH.

I assume your fine with your friends also telling their DH’s about your private life too?

I would tell, but he wouldn’t react or care. It would be selfish unburdening on my part, but I would know it would go no further.

Yes I would - and I always assume that if I tell one of my friends who are in a couple something that they would tell their OH.
