I had tahini mushrooms on pumpernickel bread - was delicious. Much less faff than it sounds.

fry mushrooms, while those are on mix 1 tbsp tahini, 0.5 tsp stock/bouillon powder, 3 tbsp boiling water and toast whatever bread you use.

when mushrooms done, stir in tahini mix, bubble for 30secs or so till thickened and put on toast.

@SallyWD I really want to like eggs! It’s the texture that gets me, can just about manage scrambled - they are SUCH a good quick food though!

Early morning- few prunes soaked overnight (to help with my pregnancy constipation)
Then half a tub of cottage cheese (150g) and few radishes.

I overindulged on kinder bueno last night, so trying to reduce my bloating now.

This morning I have grazed on 2 cups of coffee, half an apple turnover (DD2's leftovers) and three crackers with mushroom truffle pate on.

I really need to be more disciplined in my eating habits - I now won't eat lunch until about 2.30 and then it throws me out of whack for the rest of the day.
