I had tahini mushrooms on pumpernickel bread - was delicious. Much less faff than it sounds.

fry mushrooms, while those are on mix 1 tbsp tahini, 0.5 tsp stock/bouillon powder, 3 tbsp boiling water and toast whatever bread you use.

when mushrooms done, stir in tahini mix, bubble for 30secs or so till thickened and put on toast.

I have just had one scrambled egg on toast and a small bowl of ceral with dried fruit. It has hit the spot.
