I had tahini mushrooms on pumpernickel bread - was delicious. Much less faff than it sounds.

fry mushrooms, while those are on mix 1 tbsp tahini, 0.5 tsp stock/bouillon powder, 3 tbsp boiling water and toast whatever bread you use.

when mushrooms done, stir in tahini mix, bubble for 30secs or so till thickened and put on toast.

its a Patrick Holford low GI recipe

Fried egg sandwich. It was delicious but I really must get back to having porridge for breakfast, or use up the bananas as I have far too many frozen black bananas to freeze any more

lndnbrdge91 · 04/01/2023 12:17

Porridge with almond butter splodge and some pumpkin seeds. Only thing that keeps me full up as I can't eat much bread

Your breakfast sounds delicious OP. Going to give that a try tomorrow.
