What would your career be if money were no object?

Inspiredby a colleague who has suddenly quit work to open up a life coaching/counselling business. I have a feeling, not sure why, that she won a not insignificant lottery amount. If you could do anything you wanted without worrying about money now or in the future, what would you do as your job?

Realistically, I'd probably not work at all and would be quite happy.

However, as that doesn't answer my own question 🤣 I will say I'd open up a wool shop or something and hire people to run crafty classes. I wouldn't want to run them myself though. Although, I don't want to deal with people at all somedays so maybe a shop isn't a good idea...

I'd buy a very big house and become a foster carer. I'd also set up a home school in the very big house (which would have an outbuilding for this very purpose)! It's something I've always wanted to do, I sadly don't have the funds but love nothing more than help children develop and grow. There's so many needing the love and support of a stable home, it breaks my heart. 😔

You are a good person rockingbird

Guinea pig rescue. I'd employ people to do the cleaning out and I'd just cuddle and play with them.

Actually, maybe I'd just donate generously to a local guinea pig rescue and fart about being retired with a couple of piggies of my own!

I’d buy a big house and foster. Unfortunately I don’t have a spare bedroom so can’t.
