Stupidly difficult work quiz

The stupidly difficult work quiz is back for those of you that remember (@rosegoldwatcher).

Basically there are a series of very hard puzzles to solve - each puzzle solve gives you a password to move onto the next stage.

I've already managed to solve stage one myself (go me!) but I've ground to a halt as usual on the second stage (which consists of 8 individual puzzles to solve).

Here's a couple of puzzles i'm stuck on - any help much appreciated!

35 - double dragon

Think the maths countries one is how many countries they border with!

I've nothing to contribute to the games round, hopefully the next one!

11 might be Gauntlet Legends.

Ok, I've got answers for each picture. Now trying to find the overall answer - I've tried first letters and last letters but nothing revealing itself. Doesn't look enough vowels for a phrase anyway..... Will keep staring at it!

Glad I don't have to do anything like this - give me questions to answer and I'm fine but I have absolutely no idea what any of this means (even with explanations) 😂

Says this at the top of the puzzle "Where "The" is the first word of answers, this is excluded. Read left to right, top to bottom" but it's not making any sense to me yet!

Do we know how many letters it's supposed to be?

My son says that 36 is streets of rage

Are the letters an anagram?

We don't know how many letters it's supposed to be. It could well be an anagram - previous puzzles have spelt out a question that then gives the answer.

Or it could be something else entirely!

I think 5 is Frogger ...
