Katie Price - another dog death

BobbyBobbyBobby · 26/11/2022 02:27

Pet Pomeranian Sharon allegedly escaped through a garden gate that had been left open and was later run over and taken by the driver to a vet but sadly had died.

Apparently this is the sixth pet under her ownership to die.

A horse was hit by a vehicle and died in 2017.

In 2018 her Alsatian Queenie was run over by a delivery driver and killed.

A chameleon called Marvin died after her children Princess and Junior went to stay with their father. It was reported that Marvin died of a broken heart.

In 2020 another Alsatian, Sparkle died after being hit by a car.

Also In 2020, French Bulldog Rolo was found dead after family’s nanny sat on the puppy after it dozed off under a chair when Katie illegally gave it vet prescription-only cannabis oil.

Another Alsatian called Bear had to be rehomed after it attacked other animals.

Losing one pet through unintentional carelessness is tragic but six pets losing their lives is unacceptable!

Wtf I never knew this she can't look after anything

RosalindsAFuckingNightmare · 26/11/2022 02:45

Those poor dogs 😒

Lotusmonster · 26/11/2022 02:57

I just think everything you’ve laid out tells me that her house is pretty bloody chaotic for man & beast….but, I mean, are we really surprised by that? I don’t think badly of her, but she’s a chaotic person.

Lotusmonster · 26/11/2022 02:58

The doors are getting left open, the gardens insecure and no one’s watching the animals…that is how dogs sadly escape and die. 😐

Dollydea · 26/11/2022 03:04

I honestly just feel bad for her (obviously the pets too)

I think she could've been a happy, well rounded and caring mother, "fame" ruined her, her marriage to Peter Andre didn't help her either.

She was known as enemy number 1 to most girls my age (I'm 30)

She needs to find a way to get herself sorted before having anymore pets and especially anymore children.

VacancyAtNumber10AGAIN · 26/11/2022 03:07

I feel really really sorry for her but she needs to stop buying animals and get her own mental health and her life in order.

agree with @Dollydea im mid twenties and she’s been a target for media slander since I was a child and I think her heads fell off

FictionalCharacter · 26/11/2022 03:23

None of this is “sad”, it’s neglect and she shouldn’t have animals. Anyone who gives a shit about their pets would have been devastated by the first death and done everything possible to secure their premises so that the next pet wouldn’t get out and be run over. Reptiles don’t die of a “broken heart” ffs, she obviously neglected it when the kids left, so badly that it died. I have no sympathy for people who buy animals as though they’re objects and then let them suffer.

acornsarenottheonlyfruit · 26/11/2022 04:55

Awful situation and the animals are the ones who suffer. I seem to remember a long time ago a puppy allegedly drowned in the pool?

RocketIceLollie · 26/11/2022 08:56

She is an absolute disaster of a woman.

Fluffygreenslippers · 26/11/2022 09:36

I think she had a french mastiff that drowned too. She should stop treating animals like toys.

VioletLemon · 26/11/2022 09:48

I just can't understand why 'Pricey' as she affectionately refers to her alter ego keeps being publicly rehabilitated. Animal abuse leading to death at this scale must be an offence. How irresponsible and self interested.

God knows what's on Social Work reports relating to child protection. She must have ALOT of dirt on lots of people to be that protected.

AriettyHomily · 26/11/2022 09:52

Her children must be so fucked up.

Those poor animals, surely that must trigger some kind of investigation?

Happyhappyeveryday · 26/11/2022 09:56

Her life is very chaotic and I think she’s of the mindset that everything is replaceable. One animal dies, she gets another quickly, to plug the hole. Meanwhile, she doesn’t change behaviour to prevent harm coming to the new pet. She’s caught in a destructive cycle.

Fizbosshoes · 26/11/2022 10:01

If all that is true (if the press have started a negative stream against her, it might not be as reported) then that is very sad.

I think she has a lot of psychological issues and is being poorly advised (by people that stand to make money from promoting her car-crash lifestyle) as well as making plenty of bad decisions on her own.

PeekabooAtTheZoo · 26/11/2022 10:02

I hope after her life plays out in public for people to dissect and judge, that more understanding of ADHD comes of it.
This is how badly ADHD can stop you functioning. Hopefully she is able to manage it going forward and get the support and medication she so clearly needs to live a less chaotic life.

PeekabooAtTheZoo · 26/11/2022 10:05

She's only recently been diagnosed so she is obviously trying to get help and change. That said, I do think maybe she should stop getting animals now she knows what she's dealing with, and get stable.

MermaidEyes · 26/11/2022 10:07

This definitely applies to husbands and children

downanduppy · 26/11/2022 10:09

She neglects anything she’s grown bored of because she’s moved onto her next shiny object. She needs long term mental health support.

Livebythecoast · 26/11/2022 10:12

She seems to fall from one disaster to another in every aspect of her life. I think she has deep rooted mental health problems and a very unhealthy desire for attention and fame. Part of me feels a bit sorry for her as her life is one endless car crash (and she's had a few real ones too) but another part feels she doesn't learn from her mistakes either, just keeps repeating them. I feel sorry for her children the most (and those poor pets who have lost their lives through neglect).

SavouryFlavour · 26/11/2022 10:12

Also, what kind of mercenary arsehole 'breeder' allows a puppy to go to such a notoriously chaotic home?

rainbowstardrops · 26/11/2022 10:14

She comes across as totally chaotic. Not only have numerous animals died in her 'care' but she has also been prosecuted for drink/drug driving.
I read the other day that her and her fiancé (can't remember his name) have split up yet again. I don't know if some of it is for media attention but I feel for her children living in that chaotic lifestyle.

I was just thinking that she has all the hallmarks of ADHD.

LT2 · 26/11/2022 10:22

Chameleons don't get attached to 'die from a broken heart'. I've had 2. It was clearly neglected and died.

TeamHerbivore · 26/11/2022 10:26

SavouryFlavour · 26/11/2022 10:12

Most breeders are cunts. If you have the money, that’s the only requirement for them.

Kanaloa · 26/11/2022 10:28

Is it definitely true? I’m not saying I don’t believe she is careless and neglectful, but three separate animals dying of the same preventable cause (getting onto the road) is crazy. I don’t suppose she could have made it up or fabricated it for sympathy? I do think some things she says are stretched/untrue.

If it’s as it’s written then it’s insane. I don’t know why you would keep getting animals, but then she lives a very chaotic life, so it’s hardly a shock.
