Katie Price - another dog death

Pet Pomeranian Sharon allegedly escaped through a garden gate that had been left open and was later run over and taken by the driver to a vet but sadly had died.

Apparently this is the sixth pet under her ownership to die.

A horse was hit by a vehicle and died in 2017.

In 2018 her Alsatian Queenie was run over by a delivery driver and killed.

A chameleon called Marvin died after her children Princess and Junior went to stay with their father. It was reported that Marvin died of a broken heart.

In 2020 another Alsatian, Sparkle died after being hit by a car.

Also In 2020, French Bulldog Rolo was found dead after family’s nanny sat on the puppy after it dozed off under a chair when Katie illegally gave it vet prescription-only cannabis oil.

Another Alsatian called Bear had to be rehomed after it attacked other animals.

Losing one pet through unintentional carelessness is tragic but six pets losing their lives is unacceptable!

I dont think money is the issue here at all. I work with this demographic and what happens is that they have child after child after child, each one being removed in turn. They often have a large turnover of pets, each one either coming to harm as well or being removed by the RSPCA. Hugely dysfunctional and toxic peer associations, which are often described by them as their 'support network'.

The money makes no difference to whether this occurs or not.

Interestingly, most of Princess's 'caked-in-makeup' photos are when she has been with her mother. Peter hates it and encourages her to opt for a more subtle, natural look, such as when he took her to the Pride of Britain awards recently. She looked lovely, possibly because of the positive example from her step-mother Emily.

I have lost every ounce of sympathy for her after reading this. I don't care what she has self diagnosed herself with , you never ever neglect anything that relies on you to keep them alive and safe
Disgusting, there's no excuse

This ⬆

Children and animals are so vulnerable - they totally rely on someone to fulfil their physical and emotional needs. If they are fortunate they get parents/owners who not only are loving and caring, but are also capable.

there is a rumour her nipples have been ruined due to surgery and we have seen she places them silly stick on tabs over them

when she was with boyson she constantly had the out but now nothing all thanks to plastic surgery

she is an awful person and i wish she would stop hurting her kids

That’s what I have noticed.

I don’t know about ADHD or ASPD or sociopathy or whatever kind of brain mis-wiring may afflict KP, but substance misuse is often a very big factor in the Z-list celeb world. If she’s been taking cocaine for years her brain (such as it is) will be fried anyway.

Siameasy · 27/11/2022 20:18

She’s got to be one of the most hated so called celebs now. But because she is a narc perhaps she thrives on any attention, good or bad. We are the bad ones, “twolls” and meanies, she’s just misunderstood 🙄

WinterTastic · 27/11/2022 23:24

I saw a little bit of her recent TV show. Her mother is beautiful, unusually so. The daughter really takes after her grandmother. So having a beautiful mother and daughter is going be really tough. No wonder she's doing so much plastic surgery and injections etc.

However that does not excuse pets dying unnecessarily of course.

MissBattleaxe · 28/11/2022 11:13

But she was once very pretty with lovely natural curls, but now all the surgery makes her look like an angry wasp. I don't think having a pretty Mum has made her suffer in any way.

I don’t think that’s the case at all. Her mother and daughter are good looking, and (as these things normally go) so is she. It would be like saying Michael Jackson wasn’t good looking. He was a beautiful little boy and a handsome man, then he just destroyed himself. Same with KP. She was a good looking young woman, and then she just messed around. Plastic surgery on this scale rarely improves anyone. I watched a really good programme about it a couple of years ago, about people who are sort of addicted to it.

Whilst this is true, it can’t be ignored that the children in these scenarios often grow up to be damaged, dysfunctional adults like KP. It’s a cycle that needs to be broken. It doesn’t make it ok, absolve the traumatised adult of responsibility or ‘excuse’ it, but the evidence base bears it out and it’s a more complicated than her being horrible.

Was there not also a dog that got run over inside a car? Automatic seat moving ran over it?
Maybe that was someone else.

I think you maybe thinking of the puppy Rolo that died 3 weeks after she got him. It was said that he’d got under the mechanism of the reclining chair and fell asleep after she’d given him cbd oil. Someone sat on/reclined the chair and he was crushed…..so the story goes!

Spambod · 28/11/2022 20:30

She neglects pets. She lost custody of all her children. She drink and drug drives repeatedly. Carl is violent towards her. Despite earning money she is constantly stacking up unpaid bills and filing for bankruptcy. I think she has severe mental problems. She has had lots of stints in the priory but they seem to do no good at all.

CatsAreAlwaysCute · 28/11/2022 21:22

Yes, this Carl bloke seems the worst of all the men she's been with sadly Sad

Flapjackquack · 29/11/2022 09:11

I read recently that Channel 4 won’t do a series 2 of the “Mucky Mansion” because she has already trashed the rooms they’ve done and the house is even more filled with rubbish. I agree mental health issues are at play but she doesn’t seem to want to get long term treatment for them. It’s a cycle of short stint at the priory, lots of social media posts about how she is changing her life then a new man using her for money and back to the same chaos. Her marriage to PA seemed to be the most stable time in her life, probably as he was already famous and had some money. I would have more sympathy if it wasn’t for the chances and resources she’s had and that she threw children and pets into the mix.

Butchyrestingface · 05/06/2023 20:55

She's the Harold Shipman of pet ownership.

Paxed · 05/06/2023 21:12

She’s just so average, even as a young woman. Neither especially pretty. Not beautiful. Just a snub nosed teen who was prepared to get her t*ts out (who later had plastic surgery). No comment on the rest of her ‘career’ or possible MH stuff.

Paxed · 05/06/2023 21:16

Re. ADHD, I personally think it can make you more chaotic. I’m talking of my experience with a relative. It’s hard work trying to get them to take responsibility for things. Loads of things get left “I’ll do it tomorrow”. IME not very good looking after themselves eg washing let alone another creature. Not an excuse though. Still has to be held accountable,.
