Katie Price - another dog death

BobbyBobbyBobby · 26/11/2022 02:27

Pet Pomeranian Sharon allegedly escaped through a garden gate that had been left open and was later run over and taken by the driver to a vet but sadly had died.

Apparently this is the sixth pet under her ownership to die.

A horse was hit by a vehicle and died in 2017.

In 2018 her Alsatian Queenie was run over by a delivery driver and killed.

A chameleon called Marvin died after her children Princess and Junior went to stay with their father. It was reported that Marvin died of a broken heart.

In 2020 another Alsatian, Sparkle died after being hit by a car.

Also In 2020, French Bulldog Rolo was found dead after family’s nanny sat on the puppy after it dozed off under a chair when Katie illegally gave it vet prescription-only cannabis oil.

Another Alsatian called Bear had to be rehomed after it attacked other animals.

Losing one pet through unintentional carelessness is tragic but six pets losing their lives is unacceptable!

I think her biggest problem is that she has shit taste in men, and she admits this herself.

Poor taste in a romantic partner does not account for drunk/drug driving many times, or neglecting animals in your care many times. She is a grown adult with the resources to seek psychological help in multiple ways. Nothing excuses her destructive behaviour that harms others. We are all responsible for our own actions in life.

Well said! I'm sick of people blaming all the men in her life when she's the common denominator.

Cherrysoup · 26/11/2022 17:47

Is this recent? Another one? It isn’t normal for some animals to die, it’s downright careless. I fenced and blocked off sections to ensure my garden was escape proof and reported breaks in the fence for the horse. It’s called being safe.

I was just thinking that she has all the hallmarks of ADHD.

Same

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. It will drink when it wants to. As long as it doesn't drink and drive.

But you right. She's just a pathetic individual blaming everyone else for her problems. No redeeming features or sympathy at all from me.

She needs help (in the nicest possible way)

she has been to The Priory numerous times

Well, she was photographed outside the gates, certainly. And she had some online sessions. She might have been an inpatient once but certainly not "numerous times."
She needs to ditch this latest "fiance" for a start but she won't/can't.

TrashyPanda · 26/11/2022 18:44

Soothsayer1 · 26/11/2022 17:07

surely she's now preyed on and exploited by those who have a vested interest in her dysfunction & car crash life?

Or maybe, just maybe, she approaches them and offers stories of her latest holiday abroad, combined with yet more plastic surgery?

A quick Google reveals she has talked about going to The Priory in 2019, 2020 and 2021

didnt check any further back.

LilyPotter · 26/11/2022 18:53

"Talked about" going to The Priory?
You know she lies through her teeth? As said earlier, "smoke and mirrors."
All her IG posts imply that she has her children a lot of the time. It's nonsense.

Lndnmummy · 26/11/2022 19:11

Its a tragedy. How do you safeguard the children and their mental health when she is clearly so troubled. She can not look after herself or her animals, how can she parent? Genuine question.

I've also seen her talk about training to become a paramedic and adopting a baby girl from Nigeria. I'm not sure you can take everything she says seriously

YourTruthorMine · 26/11/2022 19:29

If people are permitted to make claims that she has ADHD (which I have severely, and wouldnt' harm a fly, let alone a pet) then I can make claims that she is a sociopath, the way she parades her disabled son on TikTok, encouraging him to call people the 'C' word. Dispicable individual.

I hated seeing the photos in the press of when she took Harvey to a nightclub for a paid joint personal appearance and every one was posing with him and having their photo taken. I just found it quite upsetting. Kind of circus-y.

LilyPotter · 26/11/2022 19:43

I think she's been banned from doing any more of those nightclub appearances with him. He apparently "had an ear infection" for the second one in Portsmouth and, although it was promised to be re-scheduled, nothing more has been heard of it.

WinterTastic · 26/11/2022 19:52

Was there not also a dog that got run over inside a car? Automatic seat moving ran over it?
Maybe that was someone else.

LilyPotter · 26/11/2022 19:54

No I don't think that was her.

XenoBitch · 26/11/2022 20:05

Reptiles do not die due to missing their owners. They do not give a shit. Poor thing was neglected, plain and simple.

bellac11 · 26/11/2022 20:05

Im amazed about how people talk about her, primarily because she is a woman

Many many men who are neglectful, violent, chaotic etc have either MH issues, have one or several ND diagnosis or suspected ND and many have experienced trauma as children. But I never see this type of defense and sympathy in those sorts of cases.

It makes no odds to me that she has had a difficult history when looking at the fall out she has caused to others, including animals

JadeSeahorse · 26/11/2022 20:09

I loved Katie when she was in the jungle with Peter. So naturally beautiful and really warm personality.

She just seems to have gradually fallen apart since that marriage ended.

She really isn't mentally capable to be a proper mother to her children or guardian of her legion of poor pets.

Unfortunately, I think we will all wake up one morning to disturbing news about her.😥

2019 - spoke about Priory stay on TV show Loose Women
2020 - reported in interview with Radio Times
2021 - numerous sources, as this was a cunning ploy to avoid consequences of driving while high, while banned and without insurance.

That's exactly why I'm not a parent. I'd like to be one but I'm trying to take as much as responsibility as possible.
My mental health wouldn't be fixed in time.

witchesbubblebath · 26/11/2022 20:28

The cat was attacked by the security dog Blade and had its tail ripped off, allegedly
Oh, that poor dear creature!! 😰
The image of that happening to my cat makes my blood run cold.
The pain the puss must have been in.

Genuine answer: you can't.
And she doesn't. The younger four children have all lived full-time with their fathers for the last few years.

Exactly. I find it odd too. If a man had driven whilst high and drunk multiple times, evading a prison sentence, crashed his car and also killed 6 pets in his care I doubt people would be saying "aww that poor man probably has ADHD, the poor guy has had such a difficult time and most of his ex girlfriends treated him really badly, so its understandable really"
