T - sausage casserole, pasta, spinach
W - chunky cod, chips & peas
T - my birthday...no idea!
F - I'm out for a curry so it's DIY for the rest of them 😁

I work full time and our local shops are quite basic. I need to plan ahead, because I just don't have time/opportunity to shop/think/act according to what I might suddenly fancy.

I don’t get the meals planned for a week thing. I don’t know what I fancy until the day and then cook accordingly. So those chicken breasts may get eaten on any day and may end up as anything from a cornflake chicken burger to chicken supreme 🤷‍♀️.

I don't plan what day I'll eat certain things I just plan six meals and a take away / restaurant so only have to shop once.
