What is your favourite and least favourite month and why?

My favourite is May...I love it, weather is warming up but not too hot, longer evenings, it's full of promise.

Least favourite is December, dark evenings, too much to do and expensive..I'm not a huge fan of Christmas, only bother for the children.

How about you?

Hate January, not keen on February either.
Favourite is hard to say as I like April through to October. But probably May or June.

I like April and May. The weather is picking up, winter is done for another year and it’s coming into summer. There’s also lots of bank holidays with Easter and the May bank holidays.

I hate November. It’s dark, wet, windy and depressing. There’s all the stress and pressure of Christmas shopping but Christmas is still quite far away. It’s also near the end of the year, so I never have many annual leave days left. The only good think about November is it’s only 30 days.

Best: October, I’m an autumn freak

Worst: August, by then I’m so over the heat and wasps of the summer

January and February can be relentless but I always get away skiing so I look forward to that time of year. Not next year though; new baby on its way any day, coincidentally in my favourite month, October 🍂 💕

Favourite is September because I love everything about autumn and it has a fresh start feel to it/ may be the back to school mentality?
Least favourite is Jan as it's a come down after Christmas and abnormally quite dark and dreery

Weather is warm
The sea is blue and I can walk along the sand without too many other people !!!
January ...always seems dark and dreary ,that beginning of a new year when we are supposed to feel positive etc ...and I never do ha ha

I love May because everything becomes green and it feels like summer has really begun. I also love this end part of October because I love the cooler weather and orange leaves.
I don't like September. It annoys me when the price of holidays drops significantly but I can't go anywhere because I work in a school.

I love October - crisp autumny goodness.

I'm not keen on February. Just a bit nothingy.

Ooh I'm not sure I could pick a favourite month. I love October, May is good too, December is up there.

January and March are my least favourites. January is cold, dark, wet, boring after the excitement of Christmas. March feels still a bit Wintery but as though you're forever waiting for Summer.

Favourites - April, June, October and December.
Worst - January, August

I hate August. It's too hot, all the grass and plants have gone crispy, wasps everywhere, and light evenings going away.

Hate January and Feb but love May, October for Halloween and Dec for Christmas.
