Tbh I think this is a non point (and I’m not a boris supporter) but there is plenty of people going on holidays and I don’t begrudge it to any of them, even tho I’ll be 95 by the next time I’ll be able to afford to go haha

It's not the holiday as such it's him swanning down the steps with a kid's rucksack whilst the two women stagger off loaded with bags and babies

I think the OP means how BJ can't be arsed to carry one of his kids down the steps like dads normally do when going on holiday, nor help with any of the bags except token carrying a small kids one. What an arse he is.

I always feel.sorry for people who take a nanny on holiday, even though they think it means they're wealthy and privileged, it always looks miserable to me.

Suspect that bag contains Boris’s colouring book and Hotwheels cars.

I agree OP and I assume the one struggling with the older child while holding hand baggage not a neat little rucksack is possibly the nanny!

It’s a metaphor for life at the moment. The nanny struggling with the child and all the heavy baggage just about staying upright represents most of us, while the well off just cruise along with no understand of what it’s like.

Boris has no media savvy. It would have taken a minute’s thought to think how that picture would play in the papers.

Well, the woman at the front (I’m assuming she is the nanny or a relative) looks really overloaded with those bags as well as a child.

If I only had one bag, even as a complete stranger, I’d offer to help that woman. But Boris is happy to watch her carrying the bags and his child without helping with either.

He IS entitled to go on holiday but two holidays back to back in his last few weeks as PM is not ok. He’s still being paid to be PM. Can he not just wait?!
You see this so often as well, woman struggling with a buggy/ wriggling toddler and man strolling along beside her with not a care in the world.

I was struck by what a mini-Boris he is! His hair is just the same!
