Typical. He could have just picked up his kid for two minutes. That would have been easy for him but as pp said, he’s just at the back with not a care in the world and letting everyone else get on with it. No shame and probably totally oblivious.

How on earth did the nanny get down the steps safely? Didn’t she feel able to ask for help? Like you say OP, the picture says it all.

Carrie is smiling (because she has a nanny / bag carrier 24/7 so she can relax and sip cocktails all holiday)
Boris is smiling (no doubt because Carrie has been servicing him all night).
Lets just hope the nanny is being paid very handsomely and directly out of BJ's pocket and not some back hand bung from someone they both know.
