What hyperbole. Best trawl threw all footage of the crowd and report them all. There were loads of children (and many younger than the royals) there.

One thing I thought was not right, that of subjecting children's ears to the loud noise from the bomber fly pass. Those children should have been given ear plugs or something to lessen the noise. Anyone else would have been reported to the NSPCC or similar

He's a 4 year old and he's been sitting there for hours. It can't have been easy for him and it is what it is. I think people forget that 4 year olds have the attention span of a knat. I think he did exceptionally well.

I can't believe some of the comments I've read on here and elsewhere over the past few days, about 4 year old child. I've said elsewhere, he acts like a clone of my younger brother at the same age (except he'd have escaped from the Royal box and been half way up the Mall before they could do anything) He's now knocking 60, hardworking and successful and has somehow managed to avoid a life of criminality and vice.

Autism? ASD? What?? Based on that little interlude!! Yup reminds me of autistic 4 year olds I know (some of them) but also of non autistic "just being 4 year olds!""

I can't find it now but there was also a photo of Mia Tindall covering Mike's mouth at one point just like Louis did later.

And it seems to be a thing with the younger royals through the years.

I think there was a nanny backstage as Lucas Tindall who is one-years old only came out at the last minute.

At one point Louis was taken away - I think to get him in a calmer space for the balcony stuff.

That's where Kate was in a different spot than if it had happened to a mother in Tesco, or at a wedding etc. They had a specific end of Jubilee balcony event which they wanted the direct heirs and family at and so whisking Louis off to bed, or risking him working himself up into a tantrum were not an option.

I suspect there was a severe talking to happening before they came out on that balcony. Or some bribing!

I'm pretty sure by the time he's at another public event next year, he'll have matured a bit and will be more like George and Charlotte who at only 9 and 7 were amazingly well behaved all weekend.

But he does give off cheeky 3rd child vibes so maybe he will be the entertaining one for years to come.

The Cambridges nanny was there. She is in the royal box a few rows back.

I wonder if she could see any of his antics and was itching to get down there and help.

What I loved most about this moment was when you could see Kate trying not to laugh while also trying to discipline him. She did slip up and giggle at one point.

I have raised four boys and the hardest thing was trying not to laugh when they were naughty, but it was funny! Keeping a straight face was so hard because sometimes they were hilarious. Love to Kate. Louis is sooo cute, I would find it hard to tell him off too.

Howling at that last You Tube vid of the Tindall kids and Louis and Charlotte fidgeting and clapping and riddling around.

God imagine having to sit through that endless parade, with all the squeaky music, with your kids on best behaviour 😬. Knowing EVERYONE is looking at you. Felt for them big time.

Read all sorts of total bllx about Louis and his behaviour. But if my lads were ever that well behaved I'd wonder if they were OK.
