I am kicking myself a bit, not for not trying the right word but spending an awful long time down a parallel track before I tried a (simpler) related word. After that, I would have got the title quickly if I could spell- I put in half a dozen similar words to the title, all spelt correctly, just the actual title wrong!

I managed to complete todays in 205 guesses, I'm hooked! Can't work out how to share my results eg percentages but feeling quite pleased with my second attempt, did yesterday too but took a few more guesses

Got today's in 319 guesses. I am bald from pulling my hair out.

I could have sat there all night and not got that. 220 guesses with 30% accuracy then caved and did a full-on google search using a sentence plus the word wiki to make sure I found it with no fuss (usually look for gentle clues rather than a rapid denouement when I give in to google).

I think that one was tough. Having a son doing a relevant A level helped a bit but it was still quite niche.

Fecks sake - 510 guesses later and still can't get it. Giving up now - it's obviously quite niche. Bet when the answer comes out I'll still be none the wiser!

Right. Have the general area - feeling stupid because I know something about this area and should have recognised patterns in the blanks.

Phew! 88 guesses with an accuracy of 37.5%. Not my worst, and didn’t resort to cheating googling sentence fragments in quotes, but it’s a specialised area that I know something about, so not great either.
