This ring.. like or hate?

Just as the title says! Been asking friends and family and had a really really divided response 🤔

So.. do you love it?
Or hate it?

I really like it, but nobody else's opinion matters, only yours. x

I don’t like it, it looks like a modern homage to deco, rather than deco. It would be far too chunky for my hands. But, my opinion is completely irrelevant as I won’t be wearing it!! I think if you’re undecided, then it’s better to find something you really love.

I like it, but you can't really tell without seeing it on.

It's a vintage one. I've never ever looked into a pre owned ring before but saw it and fell absolutely head over heels in love with it.
I have been undecided today though, because I've been worried about what others will think, with me having a 'new' engagement ring on my hand.

I must reiterate it isn't because I don't love my original one - I absolutely do! But it's going to need a complete re-shank due to my weight loss.. 🥺

I personally don't like it, too blingy, my personal taste in rings are ones that have a single small stone or are very simplistic. It is however beautiful and if you like it, that's what matters.

Why can't you just put an adjuster on your original ring?

If you still feel that way and can afford it then buy the bloody ring!! Stop caring so much about everyone’s opinion because we all have different tastes and I don’t there’s anything out there that will get a unanimous yes.

You'll be the one wearing it so why does it matter if other people like it or not? You will not be wearing it for other people.

I don't personally like it as it's waaay to blingy for me and wouldn't go well with anything I wear day to day and I rarely dress up. Would you be wearing it day to day? Does it compliment your style or will it be a bit off balance?

Looks better on your finger as in the first picture my brain thought it was a baby yoda ring!!!

The complete re-shank - is it a high street jeweller and, if so, how much are they charging?

It looks nice on you. I don't like Art Deco style and it would be too big & chunky on me... but it's not fir me!!

I don't think it's 'the one' for you though, if it was you wouldn't need to ask because you'd LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

I don't like it personally, very square and a bit like a buckle. But it doesn't really matter what I think as I won't be wearing it!

I don’t think I’ve ever even looked at engagement or wedding rings of other people unless they’ve shown them to me.
Honestly no one will care.

Personally not a fan. It's too much and the diamonds look really yellow.
It honestly doesn't matter what we like though. If you want it, get it.

I like it but it wouldn't suit me, I have a size G finger so it would just swamp me.
