Honest I'm normally healthy 😂😂

Bacon sandwich and yogurt for brunch.
Biscuit mid afternoon
Two feta pastry canapé type things, tortilla crisps and cream cheese and a sherry.
Lamb hot pot (mish mash of leftovers from a roast) with broccoli and a glass of red wine.
Contemplating a few mini chocolates eggs with coffee as I watch a tv programme now ...

Forgot to have breakfast so around 11 I had a dark choc mint kitkat and lentil curls.

Lunch - a wrap with cream cheese and salad

Dinner - turkey burger with sprouts and spinach

Second dinner - low calorie chicken curry with rice

Snack - more lentil curls and another dark choc mint kitkat.

Might sound crap but am calorie counting and this is less than my daily target (1350) andmy weight is coming down.

2 protein yogurts, some noodles, half a salmon sushi box and a cold brew coffee.

I'll probably have a protein shake later. Trying to keep calories down for a bit, I've really overdone things recently so need to reign it in a little.

I don’t usually eat meat so the chicken was unusual today, but I needed to clear some space in the freezer so defrosted it and it was pretty tasty.

I'm breastfeeding at the moment, so....

Half an Aldi 'deluxe' pizza with some pizza dip.

A bit disappointed I gave in to the pizza as my weekend food intake was ridiculous and I'm trying to lose weight.

I feel a bit sick today - had a smear test first thing (have severe gynae problems), it took half an hour and hurt so much I vomited - have felt sick all day since. Still needs must, hopefully I won't get recalled for five years - bloody fabulous nurse at my GP's though!

I'm looking at these replies, I really need to stop with my lunch and dinner puddings not to mention the quick hand in the biscuit tin each time I pass the cupboard!!!

I made a lovely roast chicken for lunch with sweet potato fondants and gravy. The Dcs also had an apple and cherry pie made from scratch. We don't eat dinner.

Fired up the bbq for a treat for myself... Leftover coal from last year, two burgers from the local butcher (cheaper in twos than the supermarket) already had bacon and loads of sauce in, bought brioche buns and corn on the cob so had..........
Bbq double cheeseburger with bbq sauce and bacon and loads of bbq corn on the cob with an unhealthy amount of butter!
Plus there was enough heat on the coals to smother some leftover chicken wings in Jerk sauce and bake a banana in foil... Just had banana with ice cream and tomorrow I can briefly reheat the chicken wings and eat them for lunch!

I've had covid and barely eaten so this was all fucking amazing tbh.

Oh and a bottle of cider to go with it.
