Some really disordered eating on here :(

LtGreggs · 11/04/2022 21:51

Porridge (half milk half water) with a grated apple.
White coffee.

Another coffee.

Brown toast & smoked salmon.
A pear.

Another pear.

Half a slice of bread & butter.
Tonic water with ice & lime (wishing for gin, but we had none and it's only Monday night)

Venison burger, brioche bun, oven chips, carrot salad, tomato.
Plain yogurt.
Two ginger nuts.

Do the smoked salmon, venison & invisible gin put me in for the Most Middle Class Monday award? In support, I made the porridge on an aga and you could say that the bread & butter was a canapé?

LynetteScavo · 11/04/2022 21:56

Soda bread with butter & marmalade (3 slices)

Black coffee

M&S prawn curry and rice

GU cheesecake x 2

Lady Grey tea & ginger tea (on repeat)

familychallenge · 11/04/2022 21:59

I slice toast and butter
Home made houmous and carrot sticks
Chicken and chick pea curry and roti
White wine 😀

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and a latte

Lunch - wholemeal ham roll, cucumber sticks, cheese, few grapes

Dinner - KFC, due to DH ending up in the minor injuries unit until late!

nopuppiesallowed · 11/04/2022 22:02

We're away on holiday so not eating normally. Also coeliac and IBS so more difficult to eat when away from home. So...
Breakfast - GF cornflakes lactose free milk
Snack - GF flapjack
Lunch - tomato cucumber olives, very small tin of tuna. Piece of chocolate.
Snack - gf flapjack
Dinner - prawns, grilled veg, white wine.
Supper - crisps
Through the day - lots of peppermint tea.
Gf flapjack was made in vast quantities by my lovely husband.

AdaColeman · 11/04/2022 22:02

@LtGreggs making porridge on the Aga gets you a Meritorious Mention for Middle Class Monday Morning award!

Star Star Star

LabraDabraDoo · 11/04/2022 22:04

Greek yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries, and fruit compote.
Orange juice
Half a piece of pain perdu ( DD leftovers)
Coffee

Goats cheese, pear and walnut salad

Pot of Earl Grey and shared a big cookie with DD in village cafe

Salmon, rice, broccoli, sugar snaps
A couple of mini eggs with coffee

Many cups of tea

French mum ( hence the salads, fruit and goats cheese). English dad ( hence I’ve lost count of how much tea I’ve drunk today)

It’s maybe a cultural difference from my upbringing, but these threads always surprise me in terms of how little fresh food and how much processed food seems to be eaten.

Blackmagicqueen · 11/04/2022 22:04

Breakfast: coffee & a skinny bar
No lunch
Dinner: hunters chicken, sweet pot chips & veg.
A mini fondant fancy

Imabitbusyatthemoment · 11/04/2022 22:07

Bowl of banana and strawberries
Tea
Quarter of a lemon muffin (shared with DS)
McPlant, fries, Coke Zero (choc milkshake unavailable Angry)
Two jacobs crackers with cheese
Vegetable curry with rice (saving
grace)
Cadbury crème egg

I blame the first day of school hols.

peachgreen · 11/04/2022 22:09

Porridge (made with milk).
Coffee.
Prawn and salad wrap.
Two dates.

I'm so envious of some of people's meals on here! I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and I really miss cake and crisps. Sigh.

ncforinkhelp · 11/04/2022 22:12

@BarryKentPoet did you just sniff some kale and then do a 6 hour workout?
