Earl grey tea with coconut biscuits.

Tea and homemade cake.

Baked beans, fried egg and fried left over baked potatoes. Cup of coffee.

Peanut and banana sandwich with cup of tea.

For dinner will have burger and fries.

Breakfast - porridge with 1/2 an apple, almonds and honey, plus coffee

Morning snack - couple of dates and a spoonful of peanut butter, with another coffee

Lunch - two poached eggs and 1/4 avocado on toast

Afternoon cuppa

Dinner tonight will be leftover lentil bolognaise with spaghetti and some broccoli on the side - and probably some fruit or a stropwafel after... with a bedtime brew

I'm quite surprised by how little some people eat - I struggle without regular meals. These threads are always enlightening!

Breakfast- porridge with spoon of lemon curd in.

Lunch- x2 slices of Morrisons salt & pepper bloomer.
A few segments of white Terrys choc orange.

Dinner- pork in Chinese sauce with egg fried rice. Small portion.
X2 ginger nut biscuits.
Handful of popcorn.

Dinner - I've made slow cooker Mac and cheese which I'll have with loads of salad

B -1 slice toast and marmalade
L - toasted slim bagel with chicken and reduced fat cheese, packet of lentil curls
D - stir fry beef with veg. (No rice or noodles so had extra veg)
Evening - a copy of my lunch again
Will have a dark mint kitkat later

Fish, cauliflower, green beans, two slices of potato onion bread with butter

2 Chocolate digestives and a peanut butter snickers as well as 3 coffees

2 oatcakes with sliced chicken, 2 small Kinder bars

Sausages (2), veg, gravy & mashed neeps

3 cups of tea, 4 glasses water, and a vanilla chai.

I’ve been really struggling with my eating recently (loss of appetite), so I’m proud that I ate all three meals today, and I had dinner yesterday as well so I’m on a good streak! 🥳

Breakfast - slice of toast with flora, orange juice
Lunch - falafel, trek bar, chocolate yogurt
Dinner - beans on toast, apple

Breakfast - granola cereal and a glass of water.
Lunch - cheese and crackers and a packet of ready salted crisps.
Snack 1 fruit split ice lolly.
Snack 2 buttered hot cross bun and a coffee.
Dinner - pizza
Lots of water in between.

I now realise I haven’t eaten any fruit or veg today!

Burger, leftover peppercorn sauce, no bun, steamed mixed veg

I always think the opposite, there are some really full amounts of food. I didn't realise I ate a small amount but it's a lot less than lots of here. I'm only early 30s but I put weight on easily so I need to be mindful.

Terrible day of food - harvester lunch ( salad bowl with blue cheese dressing on top) , chicken burger ( no bacon or cheese and only ate 1 half of the bun), 1/2 portion chips.
4X decaf black coffees, 2 Pepsi max, 1 white decaf coffee, 1.5 litres water, I huge bag of minstrels... utter shite
Have cooked beautiful home cocked breakfast and dinner for the family, just not feeling it myself today

Snack - buffalo cheese Camembert style. A Lidl special I just had to sample. It was good but not great.
L- egg fried rice, strawberries and “cream” (plant based)

Greek yoghurt with berries, nuts and pumpkin seeds, toast and Marmite, black coffee
Lentil soup, roll and butter, black coffee, chocolate fudge cake
Oatcakes and hummus, a couple of olives, glass of red wine
Pasta with broccoli and anchovies, red wine, an apple. Actually 3/4 of an apple as DP kindly offered to help me with it (snatched a bit off the plate).

Well done. I also struggle to feel hungry for periods of time. I have had no appetite for days. However, I force myself to eat one meal as a minimum to set a good example to the DCs. I really wish I could dig into those lovely, healthy Instagram meals but the appetite simply never appears these days. I really want them! I know that I will experience normal appetite at some point as it alternates (thankfully, I am not afflicted 100% of the time!)

Linda McCartney veg + mozarella burger in a brioche bun with gherkins and Heinz burger sauce.

Leek, bacon, mushroom, garlic, tomato and pea risotto with parmesan.

2 x tea with semi skimmed, 2 x black coffee with 1 tsp sugar.
