We're on holiday!
Muesli with raspberries, blueberries and pumpkin seeds, toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Lunch 1: ham and cheese roll, half an apple.
Lunch 2: shared one portion of ham and cheese quiche and salad with DP; large black Americano.
A cheese straw, an oatcake with hummus.
Steak pie, new potatoes, carrots and spring greens, red wine. A few giant chocolate buttons.
Now lying in bed feeling absolutely stuffed.

I’m doing low carb and intermittent fasting.
No breakfast

Goats cheese and walnut salad

Steak with mushrooms , tender stem and peas

Breakfast - One boiled egg with 2 cups of tea
Lunch- 6 chicken nuggets and fries from McDonald's
Late afternoon- Bag of crisps and 4 chocolate digestives with tea
Later on I'm afterwards to make myself feel better I made a herbal tea and blitzed a smoothie full of kale, blueberries, raspberries and cucumber.
Dinner- 3 glasses of rose and I made a roast chicken with roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, carrots, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding
2 herbal teas before bed.

Slice of toast with biscoff spread and a Nescafé caramel latte

Lunch was a gym kitchen ready meal, chicken tikka but it didn’t fill me so I cancelled it out with a chocolate brownie

Tea was a half a chicken wrap and some onion rings (I made the chicken too spicy)

Bag of crisps and a nature valley bar.

3 litres of water throughout the day.

Small packet dry roasted peanuts.
Watercress soup and smoked salmon bagel

Cereal bar mid morning, sandwich and crisps at lunch, rustlers rib micro crap and 3/4 of a cheese cake for dinner.

Breakfast- shredded wheat, yoghurt and blueberries, orange juice

Lunch - egg and Mayo sandwich and a bag of squares crisps

Dinner - satay chicken fried rice

Snacks - chocolate finger biscuits, crunchie, packet Fruitella sweets

I’m off work and due on so eating terribly

Breakfast - a coffee
Lunch - a big salad (ha!) with fancy tuna, spinach, olives, tomato, mozzarella then a satsuma
Dinner - rice, broccoli and chicken with a soy type sauce

2 litres of water

I also had a small cookie that I baked with my son.

Today I've eaten a cheese and onion wrap for breakfast
Two packets of crisps and 6 chocolate biscuits.
Shepherds pie for lunch
A packet of mentos.

Some stuffed peppers, cheese, crisps and two home made shortbread biscuits for tea.

Hot chocolate and lots of coffees.

Defo need to get back on my diet before I put all my lost weight back on again.

Breakfast .Sugar free Alpen, sugar free yogurt, banana and blueberries
Snack. A chunk of fresh Baguette & butter
Lunch. Chicken & Bacon roll with low calorie mayo
Snack. Hand full of nuts & Tangerine
Din. Homemade lasagne from the freezer
2 glasses of Rioja with dinner .

I am very sporty and do exercise every day but am not loosing any weight .....I think I can see why Blush

Snacked on popcorn and melon all day

Breakfast - 1 slice seeded toast with butter marmalade, 3x coffees

Lunch - bacon and fried egg roll, tea

Snack - few giant wotsits, couple of glasses of water

Dinner - chicken and rice soup with sour dough

Pudding - slice of lemon roulade with double cream that wasn't finished at the weekend 😆 another cuppa

Just coming out of Covid and actually fancy food again. Today is the most I have eaten all week, though all small portions. . Oddly has left me really disliking taste of coffee.

Yogurt, banana and honey for breakfast with a dessert spoon of granola on top.

Cheese and onion sandwich for lunch.

Small piece of chicken pie with mash and cauliflower cheese for dinner. Dd2 home from uni and that’s her favourite so that’s what we had!

Teeny tiny Easter cake and a non alcoholic gin

Breakfast: Ridiculously healthy sounding almond milk smoothie with matcha, protein powder, oats & fruit.

Lunch: Ridiculously mediocre sounding cheese & ham sandwich & a clementine. Diet Coke.

Dinner: chicken pitta with spicy mayo and a Greek style salad on the side. Couple of glasses of wine.

Meh. I try to balance things out. I don’t always manage.

Today has been an indulgent grazingating day

Sausage bap with ketchup and a cup of earl grey tea

Cheese hot cross bun with dairylea and a glass of pepsi max
A small packet of cheese and onion crisps

A slice of carrot cake (had visitors) and
cappucino

A wedge of domino's chicken feast pizza (was cut unevenly so quite a large slice) and 2 chicken goujon things
More pepsi max

A handful of chocolate buttons and a bit of an Easter egg.

No fruit /veg or water today Hmm
Must try harder tomorrow
