Wow I eat way too much! This has been a celebration day though so I'm trying not to feel too horrendous.

Breakfast - 1x Packet of belvita

Lunch out - king prawns with sourdough toast in a tomato garlic sauce
Fish and chips and mushy peas
2scoops ice cream and flake

Snack - apple

Tea - smoked salmon sandwich with light cream cheese, lettuce and salt and vinegar crisps
Pudding - 1 cupcake and small glass fresh OJ

Lots of pepsi max, water and squash

Thin sliced beef in peppercorn sauce with Chips

2 hardboiled eggs mashed with butter.

Chicken breast with steamed broccoli and mushrooms in a garlic, creme fraiche and parmesan sauce, and leek fried in butter.

Glasses of water, a cup of tea and a small bottle of coke zero.

I'm still stuffed.

Some people on here eat such tiny amounts!
2 coffees 2 slices of toast and butter
2 slices of pepperoni pizza & quite a lot of dressed green salad
A strawberry ice pop
Thai basil stir-fry with prawns, veg & rice unsweetened iced tea

I'm jealous of a lot of these posts - just coming out the other side of a brutal bout of food poisoning so my eating has been very cautious!

Breakfast: Nesquik cereal and milk. Coffee.
Lunch: plain buttered ciabatta roll, ready salted crisps.
Dinner: beef and ale stew, roast potatoes.
And lots of Pepto bismol and electrolyte drinks throughout the day! Looking forward to eating more interesting food and more fruit and veg soon. 🤞🏼

I'm abroad and it's lunchtime here. I've had coffee, green tea, and a big bowl of oatmeal with honey, nuts, flaxseed and raisins for lunch. I don't eat breakfast because I'm never hungry in the morning and so I have started intermittent fasting.

A bowl of porridge and a coffee for breakfast
A cheese toastie, packet of ready sakted crisps and an apple for lunch
Dinner was pork mince and black bean tacos with avocado, lettuce and sour cream.
I had a mini wispa for pud.

@Ragwort I thought the same! Makes me feel so much better about ‘normal’ eating, I was starting to think everyone else in the world was so much healthier than me!

Yesterday:
Greek yoghurt with blueberries and poured special k in it, banana

Apple, baked Crisps, two toast, marmite and PB

3 strawberry Liquorice twists, 2 handfuls of nuts and raisins

Huge slab of roasted Vegetable frittata with a salad

Loads of black coffee and tea, and water.

Dinner will be a takeaway as we are going on holiday in the morning and always have one the night before. I fancy pizza. Our nearest pizza place does a gorgeous Greek topped pizza with feta olives and veg

My brunch before work was in a cafe.

Veggie brekkie - 2 poached eggs, toast, beans, mushroom, fried tomatoes and the loveliest hash browns plus a camomile tea!
