And so the madness continues! Here's our 9th thread to discuss, boast and rant about the game that is more pointless than Pointless, needs Masterminds to solve and will make Eggheads of us all, what with the amount of hair-pulling it induces!

I solved Semantle #73 in 65 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 2.98. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #39. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 8.47. semantle.novalis.org/

Well, that was a surprise! Got it in 90 having had no greens at all!

I had a very high green early on that sent me down the wrong route.

Lucky guess meant I did it in 21 today after just two greens!!

Took me forever to get a green, and then 833 and 609 totally distracted me. But I enjoyed the journey. It didn’t feel like synonym hell, despite the number of guesses it took!

Having now looked at the list of green words, am now laughing at the completely and totally non-related route I took to get to the target word, which I was using in an utterly different context to the one they meant. Because I made a very nerdy typo
