Morning coffee 2nd favourite.

My current favourite, for any fans of Jodi Taylor’s St Mary’s series. I like using it passive-aggressively on work Teams meetings

You lot are going to oust me for not having appropriately posh top-three ranking mugs, aren’t you

My mug requirements are - large, good size handle, can go in the microwave, and a nice pattern/design.

Does it have a saucer?

China marginally too thick but it's a balance between nice thinness and liability to chip as we all know. Pleasing large bowl for dunking face right in but this does result in fast cooling. Pattern a bit twee but liveable with. It's not my best cup as that one was STOLEN and is yet to be recovered.

My fave type of mug is no pattern with a wider bottom to the top…. DH recently broke my fave one. So I’m now using a second fave one… it isn’t the right shape! But it’s nice enough to drink out of.

I dont like a soup bowl mug, tea gets cold by the time you reach the bottom........

This is today's tea mug. I like it small so it's still hot when I get to the bottom.

Love this thread! I have two special mugs. Both Royal Worcester Wrendale. But the giraffe one is on the small side and I feel I can only use it December to early January!

Size matters! Not my favourite design wise but that one is a standard sized mug and not good enough for my morning coffee fix.

Current fave. Christmas present from DP.

Scale! Found my 1st fave cup too. Morrison's. Perfect shape & thickness, holds about a pint.
