I know, it's nursery coffee ... I just can't handle lots of strong caffeinated drinks anymore!

These were a gift, they are surprisingly comfy to drink from and very tactile to hold.

Understandable! But part of my enjoyment is getting out the box of Glühwein Mugs & Robin each year... means Christmas is coming!! (& Glühwein!!) 😊

I am reading this and proper sulking.
My DH used my favourite mug for the builder to drink out of every day for 3 months when I was at work. No one else in the house EVER used it. In his feeble defence, he said it’s because it was big.
I have had to throw it away and he thinks I’M the crazy one.

@Fiderer I love yours, as long as it is as big as it looks.

I like a big vat of lemon and ginger tea in my mug, so it needs to be big. So often mugs are so small they hold nothing, or an odd shape and fall over, or THE HANDLE IS TOO SMALL (I think I have fat fingers)

So I was delighted to find this one in M&S and ended up buying it in a blue variant as well - which DS2 promptly nicked to take to uni. I don't think he'll want the red heart one tho. It was a fiver so cheapyyy too :)

Stolen cup- Long story - I was away on a residential thing for work with a communal kitchen and it VANISHED.

Someone mentioned a sighting some weeks later and I sent DH in afterwards to try and shake them down for it but nobody admitted to taking it. Police were hopeless.

It was the BEST cup and irreplaceable.

2. Hobbs Whippet mug
3. Random my DM found in the charity shop she volunteers in.

When people ask i say mostly milk and sugar easy on the actual coffee

Mine are 11 and 9. Old enough to have heard the word at school and home too so they just laugh at my swear mug and move on now.

Yeah this, I don't particularly care what the design is. I currently have a Mecca Bingo mug as my main coffee mug because it's thick and large but not too large. I have two tea mugs, one small and one big as it depends how I'm feeling. The big one tends to go cold before I finish it so I have been using the smaller own, but it doesn't quite hold enough tea. Occasionally I mix it up and use my coffee mug for tea, but I have to be in a strange mood for that.

I have work mugs too, with work related designs and decent mug size, not the small ones they provide. My favourite went missing after one of the doctors kept using it because he liked the size. He denies knowledge of its dissappearance but he is suspect number one. Not as bad as when I was on wards and had a mug with my (very unusual) name one whuch went missing. Who steals a named mug?! Or even uses it!

Caught another doctor using my current one the other day, I had to point out it says Trust Me I'm a Nurse on it, so quite clearly was not for them!

The grey one is the guest mugs.
The black one is my standard coffee mug and the Winnie the Pooh one is my do not talk to me until I've finished my morning coffee mug!

I have a mug like this at work. I would sometimes ensure that it was in shot on Zoom calls when discussions were getting too long and too ridiculous. No one ever noticed ... and now it's a pen pot on my desk.
