Shook a sauce bottle without checking whether previous user (DH) had screwed the cap on firmly - wearing an expensive cream silk shirt at the time.

Picked up a cooled pan of cooked popcorn by the handle, without realising the handle was over the hob I'd been using to cook vegetables for dinner in. I burned all the finger tips on my left hand

Complain about a wrong order in a kebab shop- the chap behind the counter pulled out the giant kebab cutting knife and waved it towards my husband, I only said I ordered chicken Shish not a donner and he went beserk.

Tourist flight around Milford sound in New Zealand, in a tiny water plane. Pilot would fly straight at the mountains and only pull up at the last second, I love flying but I spent the whole time praying (think it was an hour) thinking we were about to die. Was awful.

And also in New Zealand, bungy jumping, with elastic tied over a tea towel wrapped round legs 😬

Dh and I once turned up at the Festival Hall for a concert - a whole year early! 😂
I can laugh because it was entirely his fault - he’d booked and put it in the diary, just assuming it was for that year.
We just had a drink at the bar, a walk along the river, and went home

White water rafting

White water rafting. Exhilarating, glad I did it, but never again.

Surfing. A frustrating and exhausting experience where I never managed to get up on the board even once in the whole day. All this while DH merrily took to it like a natural and would breeze past me at regular intervals shouting "wooo!"

Climbed to the top of St Paul's Cathedral when I'm scared of heights. Sat in the Whispering Gallery absolutely terrified. So beautiful but my legs were like jelly.

Laser quest thing. Can't think of the name. Like paintballing but lasers & inside. I absolutely hated the 45 seconds I did it for. I became ridiculously anxious & I'd almost say "frightened". Barmy!
