What advice would you give to women in their 30s

Installations aren't idiots, they probably know all of this stuff!
I am 47 and my life has worked out in such a way that most of the advice above is the opposite of what I 'he done, so I will just say one thing.....expect the unexpected.

Installations (!) = thirtysomethings

@TakemedowntoPotatoCityYes but it will make a good article. Advice older women pass on to younger woman.
Moisturise - we recommend x moisturiser only £50 a pot.
etc.

I agree with you though that you cant really plan. Things happen you don't expect and you just have to react, that's life.

This might sound banal, but ....

Keep your home in order. I mean this literally. Fill that recycling bin, chuck that crap, donate some nice things to your local school or church fete or sell them online.

An orderly, uncluttered home makes a huge difference to your daily happiness and to your ability to cope with whatever life throws at you. Acquire only what you need. The money that would otherwise be frittered on stuff that you don't use, wear or eat would be better socked away in real estate, education, travel or your pension fund.

I say this mid NYE clean-up and a massive throw-out of old papers. It feels so good to let the past go and make room for the new in 2022!
