Stupidly hard work quiz (help!)

If anyone remembers previous years my work sets a stupidly hard quiz for us to have a go at every Christmas. This year's is no different....

I've managed to complete the first 8 puzzles myself but now I'm stuck Very frustrating as I've got the gist of the puzzles but can't figure out what the answer is!

Here's the first one and here's my answers. If anyone can figure out the final answer (two words 5,7) I'd be ever so grateful 😊

Haven't the FOGGIEST about this. Some groups are there e.g. teams. Are they the same team - can't see in the pic?

I'm stumped on this one too. I'm going to concentrate on the images I definitely know and see if I can work it out from there.

Black and white photo is Al Capone. Gladiator is Wolf. Little girl is from the lion, the witch & the wardrobe i think. Next to that is Will Smith & Jada Pinkett. Tom Cruise as Maverick last.

The 3 letters on each photo are annoying me though!!!

So if all the three letter groups are reordered into a sentence, the names/words from the photos should form a phrase?

Could the pictures be clues fir bands/singers.

For example
The Smiths (Will and Jade Smith)
The Monkees (picture of the monkeys)

Vat not sure how the 3 letters fit in.
