Stupidly hard work quiz (help!)

If anyone remembers previous years my work sets a stupidly hard quiz for us to have a go at every Christmas. This year's is no different....

I've managed to complete the first 8 puzzles myself but now I'm stuck Xmas Sad Very frustrating as I've got the gist of the puzzles but can't figure out what the answer is!

Here's the first one and here's my answers. If anyone can figure out the final answer (two words 5,7) I'd be ever so grateful 😊

I think in the second cypher FJH is MAN, because loads end with it.

I suspect 5 and 6 are Aquaman and Superman respectively, in which case you are dealing with Marvel and DC (either comics or cinematic universe, don't think it matters).

1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 11 are all the same code.

And 5/6/7/8/10/12.

And they're Marvel and DC.

Yeah, I think that's right. The instructions for the clue specifically say 'groups'.

The next round is another load of photos to work out. Not sure if I'll be able to post them all - is there a limit on the number of photos you can post per day or have I made that up?
