I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Yesterday

L 2 crumpets with cheese spread
D 2 x Savoury mince beef wraps with chilli sauce, lettuce, cucumber and onion

So far today I've had:

Greek yoghurt, honey, nuts & seeds and a banana.

Tuna & sweetcorn mayo salad

  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Coriander
  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Radishes
  • Pickled red cabbage
  • Hot chilli pepper
Mini carrots, cucumber sticks, cheese, chorizo. A satsuma, a flat peach.

For dinner I'll have chicken and veg soup.

I probably haven't had enough in quantity to do that, but maybe.

My soup has onion, garlic, turmeric, ginger, herbs, tinned mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach, garnished with fresh chestnut mushrooms, coriander and spring onion.

B= warbutons thin with ham, two poached eggs and chilli sauce
L= smoked salmon and light philly with lemon juice and cayenne pepper on a bagel thin
Second lunch = v small bowl noddles, chicken, corguette and spinach
D= Will be open king prawn sandwich with plenty of rocket and dill

Skyr with blueberries for breakfast with a shot glass of carrot and ginger juice. Coffee

Seedy bagel thin with parma ham and tomatoes and a banana for lunch. Tea and water.

But then a fairly big bowl of low sugar granola because I felt so hungry. Hmm.

Dinner will be roast chicken with rice and salad.

Lunch-sausage sandwich and a chilled vanilla latte
Dinner-pesto pasta and roasted med veg.
Supper-chocolate or carrot cake

Full fat yoghurt with apple puree, dates and almonds.

Hard-boiled eggs with mixed salad, dressing and sunflower seeds.

Dinner - a couple of pints of real ale and a cheese roll with crisps. And maybe chocolate 😃

B: Porridge with banana and a spoon of biscoff spread
L: Scrambled eggs with chorizo, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, bread and butter
S: two Hotel Chocolat chocolates, a chocolate Hobnob, an orange ice lolly
D: oven veggie pizza
Possibly some more chocolate after dinner.

Not my finest day's eating, but not the worst. I'm currently pregnant and am craving carbs and other random foods at odd times. Totally off coffee though!

Some blue cheese, walnut and celery popcorn
Some chocolate covered cashews, pecans and edamame beans
A taste of chocolate nougat cake… liked it so much I ate half a slice…

Lots of squash (juice squash not food squash)
Some lettuce, onion and peas cooked down with olive oil and garlic (needed to use up some lettuces!)
Some pasta with sauce and veg with a bit of grated cheese on top

A peanut and chocolate protein bar
A banana

Snack:
30g raisins
32g Graze "nuts and veggies" snack

Dinner:
Home made courgette soup

Snack:
90g cucumber
90g carrots
Pack of salt and vinegar squares
150ml apple juice

Tea:
Haven't had it yet but it's going to be home made ratatouille and brown pasta, and then for evening snacks I'll have a packet of crisps and a couple of glasses of milk (and maybe some cheese or a yoghurt if I'm extra hungry). I'm 21 weeks pregnant and HUNGRY!!!

Breakfast: capuccino, peanut butter cereal bar
Snack: peanut butter cereal bar
Lunch: stuffed peppers - with couscous instead of rice, lots of tomato sauce and a bit of creme fraiche
Dinner: mixed veg pizza (had avocado and cucumber maki yesterday instead, so got the pizza today).
Will have a nectarine before bed

Breakfast - natural yogurt with oats, raspberries and a teaspoon of honey. Green tea and a skinny latte.
Camomile tea to drink mid morning.
Lunch - Ryvita thins with 2 slices of cheddar and some chopped raw veg.
Another skinny latte mid afternoon.
Dinner was home made chicken and mushroom pie with veg.
Drank water throughout the day and had half a bottle of Coke Zero.

Trying to cut down on the lattes as it's a lot of dairy. I used to make them with whole milk but have got down to skimmed.

Snack: crisps
Lunch: tuna & sweetcorn on 'thins', grapes
Snack: crunch cream biscuits
Tea: salmon, dauphinoise potatoes, broccoli, peas. Water.

Feel like eating something else now, but not sure what...

Lunch was sourdough with tuna Mayo, some crisps and peppers and celery with little bit of hummus
Dinner was fish burger in a bun with chips and peas
Fruit as snacks and a low cal chocolate bar thing

Iced coffee, crisps and an apple. Chicken and crudités.
