Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Don't you think that people who want to know the secret of attaining or staying normal weight would do well to read this thread, as I consider most daily intakes described here to be really normal and proportionate

Grapes, tea, coffee, two pitta bread with lettuce and hummus, risotto with a bit of Parmesan, cheese and crackers and about 5 galaxy's from a celebration tin and some red wine.

Breakfast burrito (beans, egg, avocado, cheese)
Decaf coffee and a Bourbon biscuit
Salmon poke bowl on a half rice half slaw base followed by two hobnobs for lunch
Handful of wine gums on the way home
Chicken and many veg in tomato sauce with pasta for dinner.

Bit heavy on the biscuits, but better than most recent days - currently 12 weeks pregnant and just want to eat all the carbs and fried things. The baby needs them, right??

B: Greek yoghurt with frozen berries, honey and walnuts; coffee, carrot and ginger juice shot

L: Seed bread with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber

D: Baked chicken leg with roast peppers, red rice and salad, rose wine

Snack: choc chip ice cream, cup of tea.

And water.

A negroni.
Minute steak, chips, creamed spinach.
4 chocolate truffles.

l= small baguette with Brie and coleslaw on one side and coronation chicken and salad on the other

D= Mac and cheese with cabbage, sticky toffee pudding for dessert

Chicken and avocado sandwich.
Pot of diced melon.

Dinner will be sausage, tomato and butterbean casserole with greens of some kind.
