I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Today was a terrible day for me food wise (didn't plan and was very busy) so here I am to confess my sins!

2 bags of prawn cocktail crisps
1 bag of pork scratchings
Chicken/mushroom pot noodle
Pain au chocolat
Haddock fishcake with spicy rice and veg
Kinder chocolate bar
4 cups of tea
1 milky coffee
3x 900ml bottles of water

Tomorrow should be better as I've planned properly.

Really bad day yesterday as I skipped my workout Blush

B: bagel with avocado
S: hula hoops
L: chicken wrap with chips
D: Indian takeaway after 2 pints of lager
2 ice lollies throughout the day
2 party rings

Today will be much better.. she says !

6.30am: one slice of 50/50 toast with butter
Post workout 10.30am: 2 wheetabix with sliced banana
Dinner will be around 5pm and sausage, mash and veg
I'll have an orange at some point from now til then.

Yesterday - two slices thick toast with butter and a boiled egg, chicken and avocado salad and chips, a millie's cookie and a milkshake, sausages in a baguette, cherry almond cake.

Drank to much gin last night so just had a fry up. Sausages,black puddings,eggs,mushrooms and beans. Sorted me out.

Quite an amount of a smoked almond, peanut, cashew and macadamia nut mix

2 spoonfuls of peanut butter from the jar

Broccoli, onion and mushroom pizza (sounds horrendous, it's delicious)

I've at least not had any tea or coffee today, so I'm looking at the positives. Headache NOT included in that list...

Slice of toast

Chicken caeser salad
Chocolate chip cookies
Pasta with tomato and olive sauce
Slice of salami and piece of cheese just now while making DCs' packed lunches
Tea, water, apple juice, warm summer fruits squash, red wine

Sort of makes up for yesterday when I ate 2 Belvita breakfast biscuits, a pot of mango pieces, 3 bourbon biscuits, and drank less than a litre of water and a cup of tea while working a 13hr+ shift in 30 degree heat, some of it in a full length PPE gown (the lack of fluids solved not having time to go to the toilet at least)

Cheese on toast (1 slice).
Banana sliced onto Greek yoghurt.

Giant dinner of Syrian take-out: rice and lentils; salads; baba ganoush; grilled lamb; falafel; garlicky yogurt with chickpeas... Absolutely delicious.

Porridge and tinned mandarins. Cereal bar. Boiled eggs, soldiers, cucumber. Apple. Tandoori salmon, roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, naan. Strawberries and yoghurt.

10.30: Mixed fruit/berries with a pot of yogurt at my desk while I worked.
2pm: Chicken and low fat cheese toastie with a packet of Aldi 'wotsits'.
3pm: Viscount biscuit
6pm: Oven baked salmon and new potatoes with steamed vegetables.

I've picked all afternoon rather than actually eat:
Chunk of cambazola and a slice of ham
Apple
Couple spoons chipotle turkey dish
Handful of blueberry wheats
Couple mouthfuls of tuna pasta salad made for lunches tomorrow.

B= bacon medallion, chicken sausage, spinach, mushrooms and hot sauce on a warbutons thin
L= king prawns and rocket with red onion, tomatoes and cucumber
D= Will be a fajita chicken nourish bowl with spiced chicken, avocado, black beans, yoghurt, coriander and a whole heap of lettuce
