I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Breakfast: Porridge with frozen summer fruits.
Lunch at Yo sushi: chicken gyoza, cucumber maki, salmon maki, edamame, prawn katsu, yasai rolls.
Dinner: sea bass with ginger and spring onions, stir fried vegetables, sesame cucumber salad, prawn toast.
The double-Asian food was accidental because I didn't know the DC would choose Yo Sushi and the prawn toast needed eating.
I will almost certainly have chocolate in some form tonight, or possibly cheese and crackers.

2 fat WM tortillas with melted cheddar, jar salsa
tea with FF milk (lots)
several chunks of chocolate
onion rings, potato wedges & steamed veg
Glass red wine with lemonade
greek yogurt & biscuit
some tortilla chips

The lack of calories in some of these summaries is making me feel anxious. Fitbit thinks I needed ~2700 kcal today

8.30am - cup of tea with semi skimmed milk.

9.30am - ditto.

1.30pm - lunch was heated up leftovers from last night's dinner. Penne pasta with garlicky tomato, mushroom and spinach sauce and some grated parmesan.

2.00pm - cup of coffee with milk.

8.00pm - dinner was Thai green chicken curry with red peppers, baby corn and green beans. Basmati rice.

B- wholemeal toast with butter and marmite

L- spaghetti hoops on toast

D wetherspoons skinny chicken burger + a skyr yoghurt when I got home

desperately need to eat some more, but heavily pregnant and out of room! I'm thinking ice cream, and lots of it!

About to have leftover takeaway (chicken kebab), from last night.
I only eat one meal a day which tends to be late at weekends.
During the week it's more like 6-7ish.
I've drank lots of water.
This is the only way I've found to control my IBS.

Popcorn and sweets at cinema.
Toast when back home.
2 slices of pizza.
2 bags of cheap ready salted crisps.

My diet is awful atm. Full of cheap white cards.

B= mushrooms, tomato and spinach on a warbutons thin

L= chicken sausage and rice with loads of various veg

Snack= a few mouthfuls of DH's sticky toffee cake and a flat white with oat milk

D= chicken and black bean tacos with avocado, sour cream and coriander

Mushroom pizza and pepperoni pizza at a family fun day
And after my relaxing bath I'm planning on eating a home cooked ham sandwich and a peach
Drank water throughout the day and I tried a pumpkin spiced Frappuccino for the first time (highly recommend)
Not the best day, but we had a busy one!
