I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Kvarg protein yoghurt (white chocolate flavour)

Crestless cheese and broccoli quiche
Carrot sticks and cucumber

Vegetable lasagne

Snacks: small bag of salted popcorn, slice of cheese on toast, a handful of DD’s haribo!

Also- I'm eating in a calorie deficit (about 1400 calories) and it seems from this that I still eat a LOT more than most people. How are you not all hungry constantly?!
There is a lot of competative under eating on MN!

Yesterday
3 biscuits and 2 coffees for breakfast (back in the office)
Tofu chickpea chilli with a tortilla
Gnocchi with home made Sundried tomato pesto and broccoli

Peanut butter protein bar

6 hash browns I found in the freezer

Pretzel and orange juice at 5pm

Dinner will be a small pizza, thinnest base I can get, full of as much veg as I can add. Haven’t had veg or fruit in over 24h 😭

I’ve been abroad for work for 10 days, came back earlier than planned for yet more ‘emergency’ work, and I have no food in the house or time/energy to go buy any. Delivery not an option as you have to actually be in to receive it… I didn’t even have time to make myself a tea his morning. Have located a coffeehouse next to tomorrow’s work venue Grin

1 scoop ice cream

I bottle of beer

About to have a salad and a slice of cheese, I think. Maybe salad and cauliflower soup.

Banana and a slice of ham

We had a day on z canal boat, it was lovely and we had the following for lunch and afternoon tea
Quiche and salad with some potato salad
Afternoon tea of ham sandwiches, cheese and tomato sandwiches, scotch egg, scones with cream and jam and brownies, Pimm’s with summer fruits, mint and cucumber

Back home, grilled chicken breast and a mixed salad.
