I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Cup of soup and two cheese sandwiches.

Lots of decaff coffee

Dinner is fajitas then will either have slice of carrot cake or handful chocolates.

Two GF snack bars, a packet of GF pretzels and 0.37 of a cup of black coffee (cold by the time I got to drink it).

It's been a stupid hectic day at work.

Dinner is GF haggis, spuds and whatever veg is in the freezer.

It's been a stupid hectic day at work.

Dinner is GF haggis, spuds and whatever veg is in the freezer.

Sound like my day at work. I had 2 x skinny brand cookies and cream duo bars because I found them lurking in the bottom of my handbag 😂

A protein shake and two babybels when I got home from my night shift. Went to sleep.

Just got up and I’ve had a coffee, a Pepperami and some chicken and sweetcorn sandwich filler on a dark rye ryvita.

I’ll probably have some more sandwich filler on a proteinwrap to take to work as it goes out of date at midnight.

I'm making a chicken casserole for dinner so will probably have a few bites, and then something sweet after.

Haven't felt well at dinner time so that's all I'll be having today. Not that untypical of me but I usually have a light dinner and some snacks.

Ate out at lunch - Chicken Caesar salad (massive of courseGrin) with a bowl of chips and pint of lime and soda
Lots of orange squash
Half a chicken mayo and avocado sandwich with the crusts cut off (trying to limit bread a bit but couldn't quite do without)
Lots of fizzy water

Muesli with half a nectarine and some sliced banana, toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Black coffee, two oatcakes with cheddar.
We had a huge amount of vegetables so I spent three hours this morning making four different salads, baba ganoush and a leek and mushroom quiche. Ate some of these for lunch and supper.

L: Leftover chickpea and cauliflower curry.
4 greengages (they are tiny!).

D: stir fry veg, rice and grilled salmon.

Plenty of coffee and tea all day.

Packet of oat crackers for breakfast

Medium fries with curry dip from macdondalds. And a cappuccino.

Prawn stir fry for lunch.

Bar of chocolate and some fresh cherries and a fresh apricot for a snack.

Half a spinach and goats cheese pizza.

(Bad nutrition today. It was a horrible busy day and I chose convenience.)

I have the urge to log my fairly virtuous day Grin
B: FF Greek yoghurt with a plum, couple of slices of nectarine and a squirt of honey, cup of tea
L: Avocado and marmite on GF toast, cup of tea
S: cup of tea, 5 marshmallows
D: Spanish omelette, glass of squash
Evening: peppermint tea

I would normally have granola with breakfast and at least one homemade cookie but I had a wisdom tooth out three weeks ago and am still worried about getting seeds/crumbs stuck in the hole Shock

Yesterday was a bit better.

B= two eggs, two heck sausages, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes

L= noodles with chicken, corguette, spinach and mushrooms

D= creamy pesto pasta with broccoli, tomato and corguette

Then one fizzy fish and a glass of wine

Also- I'm eating in a calorie deficit (about 1400 calories) and it seems from this that I still eat a LOT more than most people. How are you not all hungry constantly?!
