That has to be less than 800 calories.

@foreverlobsters I'm sure it is. Like I said not a good day but I was solo parenting and by the time I had dinner I was full so didn't want to eat for the sake of it.
Will be better prepared tomorrow and hope I don't feel to tired from it tomorrow ☹️

Fair enough! Wish I was full after that much food Smile I get the solo parenting thing though. Half of my food gets stolen off my plate at the moment.

funnybones1234 · 04/09/2021 21:56

Same, I haves 3 year old who wants everything I have - I'd rather just wait until she's in bed to save the constant asking for what I'm eating but that often means if I'm caught off guard and haven't prepped I'm eating rubbish at about 8pm!
Need to get better at prepping and planning

Today was not much better. Started with a small custard danish and some jelly sweets that were lying around. Coffee with oat milk. Some plums. Stomach still felt terrible but I had a babybel and a pop tart. DDs birthday today so that's why a lot of crap lying around. She wanted spaghetti bolognaise for dinner so we had that with birthday cake for pud. I've had some Pepsi max and prepared much healthier food for work tomorrow!
