I had:

Cereal
Pasta with chicken, courgette and red pepper.
Rice with fish curry.
Pombear crisp and 150ml of coke.

Almonds, hazelnuts and peanut butter mixed together. Weird combo but I love it

2 x coffee

Later will be pork chops and broccoli followed by Greek yoghurt n berries with peacans on top.

A bottle of rosé wine
A milky way

Today:

Porridge with agave nectar
A small tin of tuna
A protein yoghurt
Chicken stir fry with wholegrain rice

Over half a tube of paprika Pringles with hummus and guacamole
Grapes

Dinner will be roasted veg - potato, aubergine, carrot, red pepper, onion - all cooked together and sprinkled with olive oil and herbs
Nectarine or mandarine before bed probably

Porridge with fruit and 2 tbsps peanut butter

1/2 a bag of salted caramel m & ms

Pasta (1/2 macaroni and 1/2 red lentil pasta) with sweetcorn, Cajun seasoning and Homepride pasta sauce, with broccoli on the side

Overnight oats with sliced banana, cinnamon and honey.

Wholemeal pita bread filled with leftover lamb, shredded cucumber, feta cheese and chilli sauce. Weirdly nice.
A plum.

Butternut squash macaroni cheese. Green salad.

3 cups of coffee. 1 tea.

Toasted bagel with butter.

Small jacket potato with tuna mayo.

Slice of wholemeal bread and butter.

Lunch: Roast chicken and potato salad

Protein shake for breakfast with frozen smoothie mix and oat milk
Low sugar baked beans with 2 slices of Vogel toast for lunch
Tea was a veggie sausage casserole, 1/2 a baked potato, cabbage and broccoli.
Oh and about 1oz of cheese that I ate while I was cooking!

3 x slices smoked bacon fried on 2 fried bread with butter, scrambled egg, black pudding, 2x vegetarian sausages

2x cheeseburgers (McDonalds), large fries, milkshake, 1x caramel mcflurry

Homemade chips with deep fried Kentucky chicken, little bit of gravy.

Snacks: 2x packs Haribo (share pack), 1x crisps (monster munch), couple of cans of coke, glass of Rose.

Greek yoghurt & muesli plus a cuppa for breakfast.

Coffee (instant with full cream milk)

Lunch was some mixed bean salad (from a tin) with spinach, olives, radishes & cucumber, plus an apple & pot of greek yogurt.

Banana & cuppa for a snack.

Chicken tacos for dinner with cheese & salad.

Disappointing katsu curry takeout compensated for with ice cream and a mars bar

Snacks of the toddlers leftover rice cakes and cheese.

Kitchen is currently out of action. I should probably feel bad about my awful diet today but I honestly don't at all!

Some salt and vinegar rice crackers
Then I gave in to temptation and had a Turkish Delight - it was a double pack. I love chocolate Turkish Delight, it is totally my weakness.
An apple
1 cup of tea and two cups of coffee.

I have sushi for tea so at least that is healthy.

This looks like loads written down! But it was a healthy day compared to snickers + gin at the weekend.
