After been desperate to watch the gifted and not finding it anywhere cheap, hurrah, Disney plus has it. Loved it...till I found it was cancelled after season 2

Not cancelled but disappeared from Amazon Prime, as series called Scrugim that was a bit like a religious Jewish friends. I binge watched two series and was heavily invested in all the characters lives and then went to watch series three and it’s not there. In gutted.

Glossy crime nonsense with a good sense of humour, a bit like Castle. I was really enjoying it and thought the lead in particular was great, very likeable. Got cancelled after two seasons I think :(

After reading this I’m going to start Anne with an E tonight, I need a new show to watch.

Tripods

This. I really enjoyed the books, and we didn't have a TV, so I was allowed to go round to a friend's house for tea and to watch Tripods, and then on to swimming club, from where Mum would take me home. And then they didn't do thecrest of it. I reread the books not long ago, and I've got the Radio Times pages about it carefully folded inside.

I usually think most American shoes go on for too long, but I think that The Middle has a couple more seasons in it.

Can’t remember the name but it was a reality show set in Scotland. They put people on an island and let them get on with it. They showed the first half and then took a break to continue filming but never came back. They didn’t tell the people involved that they were filming but not broadcasting.

Pan Am. but I’m the only person I know that watched or enjoyed it so I’m not surprised they cancelled it!!

@SwimBaby have you read the Anne of green gables books? I hadn't so I think in the first episode I was thinking "Christ she talks A lot!" But then realised that's just her in the following episodes hehe.
But yeh it's just a Nice show :)

Pushing daisies and ghost whisperer...gutted 😭

Patriot. Almost no one I know has heard of this show about an American folk-singing assassin working undercover in Europe for a pipeline engineering company while his family tag along for moral support and he escapes to do gigs on the folk circuit. It was brilliant and hilarious and I really wanted to know how he and his pipe-engineer boss Leslie would get on when they went to Iran to lay pipes, assassinate and sing folk songs. It was so wrong of them to cancel the Middle East season.

Pan Am. but I’m the only person I know that watched or enjoyed it so I’m not surprised they cancelled it!! grin

I came on to say Pan Am too.

Stargate Universe

The last kingdom, season 5 still to go but I reckon it could have gone on till season 7. Brilliant show

The Living And The Dead - supernatural drama series set in an English village , it was so good, and ended on a cliffhanger - then they decided not to commission another series!

North Square. It was a legal series on a long time ago, and could well have taken a second or subsequent series.
