GaGa - strip all the "trimmings" away and she is properly musical, properly powerful, a seriously skilful singet without being shouty

Hayley Williams, lead singer of Paramore - she has such a cool tone and real vocal agility. There’s a video of her singing an acoustic version of Into You on YouTube somewhere

Pink, she's amazing live

Whitney is number one for me. (Apart from the last few years of her life sadly). I love her performance of star spangled banner at the Super Bowl.
