What don't you own ?

So what don't you have at home that others would find essential ?
I don't have a dishwasher or a tumble dryer. We also only have 1 tv in the family room.

How do people without microwaves warm their plates?
In the plate warmer (in the oven) But prior to getting this cooker I used an electric plate warmer.

We don't have double glazing (it's not permitted) but we do have toughened glass, and we're in a very quiet location, thankfully.

Microwave

A microwave my older son had never used one or even really taken on board that such a thing existed till he went to uni!
A TV.
Pet insurance.

Don't have:

Dishwasher
Tumble dryer
Iron or ironing board
Bath (shower only)
Microwave
A garden
Televisions
Wifi (everything plugged in to Ethernet)

Will be getting a tumble dryer ASAP though

I've never warmed a plate in my life. What's the purpose in it? Genuine question- I've never heard of a plate warmer.

Washing machine and tumble dryer (we use the laundromat)
Kettle
Toaster
Dishwasher

Tumble drier. Only one TV. No games console.

I'm mid 30s and didn't have a smart phone until 5 years ago. Only social media is whatsapp.

@ifitpleasesandsparkles DH loves warm plates. He eats so slowly that it helps keep the food hot for him.

We have an iron and an ironing board, but I genuinely can’t remember the last time I used it - maybe 15 years ago

They go in the oven to warm up.

Spare bedroom
Spare room of any sort (eg play room etc)
Food mixer / food processor
Garage or loft

A hottub according to friends I'd say a toilet seperate from my bathroom and a dishwasher

A hot tub is definitely not a normal thing to have or want. Very downmarket!

Bedroom door (we live in a 2 up 2 down and the hallway is the only thing that separates the two rooms).

I now realise why I've never heard of such a thing. I might be a bit of a scoffer. No time for it to get cold.

"Space" - love my house but I just wish the living room was 2 feet wide, my room was slightly bigger than it is.

Hot tubs will go out of fashion I bet!
My friend has an inflatable one. It wouldn't hold my weight I bet! 😂
