Did you get anything for Valentines Day?

My DH ‘doesn’t believe’ in Valentine’s Day so we never exchange cards or presents. I should really stop trying to drop hints after 8 years how about everyone else?

No we don’t do Valentine’s Day. Never have well not since we were married anyway!

Now and again he will surprise me with chocolate, flowers or even an Eccles cake ( he knows how much I love them!) when he nips out to get some shopping, which I wholly appreciate and prefer as it’s totally unexpected (and not forced just because it’s Valentine’s Day)
